From Afc site
"Arsène Wenger has named a young squad for the matches at St Mary’s, although the likes of Gervinho, Johan Djourou, Marouane Chamakh, Andre Santos, Francis Coquelin and Kieran Gibbs are all included in the 23-man squad."
"
But those Arsenal fans attending the tournament will have the opportunity to see Kyle Bartley, Vito Mannone and Henri Lansbury back in Arsenal colours again after successful loan spells at Rangers, Hull City and West Ham respectively last season.
There is also the chance to see some of the Club’s rising stars in action, such as Dutch midfielder Kyle Ebecilio, exciting Swedish teenager Kristoffer Olsson and German star Thomas Eisfeld."
Sadly cant find any way of watching, shame as would like to see Ebecilio against good standard opposition.

But it's not me... it's from his own fan page on FB and Givemefootball.com is a decent enough source.
You sure you're not looking at the swimsuit issue?

We seem to be linked with just about every mid player in Europe at mo, most is rubbish, but have to hope that one is on the agenda as it is a worry.Ironfist wrote:English tsk tsk...em9999 wrote:[Your wrong he is I have it right here in front of me sent] from afc 8 in pages wearing the home shirt next to ches

Its not the catalogue we worry about, its the calender, so many times player featured in a month either leaves that month or is injured

On the face of it looks a pos, but if my choice would play Francis Coquelin there, do think safer option at Jenkinson development stage, probably best to watch up coming friendlies to see who gets most playsIronfist wrote:Now that Sagna has a broken leg... is Jenkinson expected to start at RB?

Thought this may be of interest as it mentions Wiltshire and they are quotes
"Last year was terrible for us to be completely honest, because we finished on August 31 at 11.55pm and we certainly do not want to repeat that," he told Timeout Hong Kong, while Arsenal complete their Far East pre-season tour.
"We have already completed a key transfer in signing Podolski and of course we want to make any other signings early if possible. But, as well, we want to focus on the second part of our 'signings', which will be to take care of the players who are injured and to get them back for the start of next season.
"I think about Jack Wilshere and about Abou Diaby who I think will be ready for the start of the new term. [And] we are delighted to have secured the signing of Olivier Giroud. He has a very good physical presence and is exceptional in the air, with a great work ethic.

Would not think nailed on Santos in my view as likely at mo, but it depends in my opinion just who else we buy. Gibbs better defender but Santos better going forward (if as hope we get a proper DM then Santos likely), even as Afc fan would stay away from either fb's at mo, hope that things become easier to call after warm up games.Tadpole wrote:Gibbs nailed on for LB?

Not a typical English name and to be honest not seen him but some who have are very exited about Chuba Akpom, been promoted to our reserves, think he is only 16, apparently can play fair few forward positions, will watch for him with interest.

Jenkinson----Mertasacker----Vermaelen----Koscielny
Is this correct for the Arsenal back line? Where does Gibbs come in? or Djourou and Santos?

Jenkinson may play first few games, though if was me picking would go for Francis Coquelin, would expect CB's to be Verm and Kos, hopefully friendlies will give clue to LB.Ironfist wrote:Jenkinson----Mertasacker----Vermaelen----Koscielny

Sagna expected back end of Aug, Mert will get games when we play some of the more Physical games (my view) Djourou and Bartley will be cover.

Coquelan is a fine player - although as a midfielder - I agree that I would prefer him a head of jenkinson at right back

1-0 to Malay side at ht, good goal from a fair way out. Santos had 2 good chances, 1 bad miss(wrong foot) other fair save. Chamakh just as frustrating as before, he has ability, its motivation problem. Diaby and Gibbs probably our best 2 players.

Did Walcott come off because he was injured again?, he only played for half an hour.
