Re: brains of fiso daily quiz
I don’t think the History section ever contains any questions on history.
Unless you define history as everything that has happened or existed before this moment.
I’m not even sure one of the answers was right today. Had to read it about 5 times.
So, good score, slow time
Monthly win on the line,
Get one second ahead of me
And the April winner you shall be
Obviously only if you’re Spadger. Does he ever post on here by the way?

His last contribution in the forum was on March 21, 2021 and that was in the London marathon thread.unc.si. wrote: ↑30 Apr 2021, 07:33 I don’t think the History section ever contains any questions on history.

But he plays the quiz, that's the most important thing!

He is a fast runner (as FISOers go!), contributing to a lot of our faster virtual marathons, and IIRC was building up to a marathon in MayMalrom wrote: ↑30 Apr 2021, 09:41His last contribution in the forum was on March 21, 2021 and that was in the London marathon thread.unc.si. wrote: ↑30 Apr 2021, 07:33 I don’t think the History section ever contains any questions on history.

Ahh. I don't really frequent the running sites. Whilst I used to compete for W&BAC, albeit a long, long time ago, anything more than 400m was a no-go (actually even 400m was a bit of a stretch )

Re: brains of fiso daily quiz
To be honest I've not even been on the bike that much lately. Need to get back on it now the weathers picking up. The avatar pic is at the velodrome in Manchester. My track cycling days are definitely behind me though. Last time on the track was in Derby with Dean Downing and Tim Kennaugh probably about 5 or 6 years ago with JLT. Thought I was doing OK until they decided to start racing properly

Re: brains of fiso daily quiz
well today definitely one of those days when it all goes wrong. I mean I only knew 2 of them but due to a missed click still only managed to get 1/10

Re: brains of fiso daily quiz
I got a blank click yesterday which dropped me down from 8 to 7, and today I saw that I’d clicked the wrong answer just as I was hitting submit which dropped me from a 9 to an 8.

Re: brains of fiso daily quiz
I got the first 8 right as well. Maybe we do get the same questions in the same order.
Speed not important today as all 3 of us on 8 get the same points.

History is actually just random facts, with one particular genre of entertainment being quite heavily focussed
