I have to apologise for todays score. 4 total guesses, 5 wrong.
There is no need for an apology, otherwise I would have to apologise almost every day!

Identical score for jpk and Malrom today, each 5 points in 91 seconds :!:

piece o' piss
same time as you today. seems to happen quite a lot that we're within a few seconds and a point or so of each other.
and again - same score, 1 second difference :D

changed my answer on one of them (from the right one to the wrong one). Never a good idea.

10/10 2 days in a row. Has to be a first for me.

Yesterday I knew probably 9 and one educated guess. Today, probably knew 5 , two educated guesses and 3 complete flukes.

Sometimes you're the hammer and sometimes your the nail (no, not from a Broadway musical)

you do get some quite random questions on some of these :-) Most of the History questions seem to have nothing to do with history, other than they aren't about the future :D

Finally migrating from the old quiz?

6 players spreads the points a bit better.
6-5-5-4-4-4 as opposed to 5-5-4-4-4 so now 2 points between first and last. Takes ages to make up for missing just one day (as I often do - the missing bit, not the making up bit!)
Not sure why they can't do something basic like (6)-5-4-3-2-1
I remember the days when there was a big drop off after 10th so you had to aim for top 10 each day!

Is the old quiz still going? I can’t log onto it. Agree that a wider points distribution would be good

It is - still got the 'bookmark' on my phone so can see scores but I can't log into one then the other so now stick to the new one.

Not sure about this! Can't explain it!
I still use the old login and the old link and it works for the new game (same login). Always worked for me!
I play both quizzes and PM every new player I see to also play the new game!
btw, the're are no smiliar topics between the two quizzes!

Just an idea
Why don't you log in with the new login and then use saintmarks link to go to the old game or vice versa?
That should really work!

Drinkled - scored a very slow 8/10, first 2 questions were OK second two outside my knowledge, had to think about the final six questions ( including taking the shoes off for the last question

How about a brand new login on Fun Trivia?
But yes, since you are in the new quiz, it doesn't really matter!

so yesterday I get 2 fewer questions right than jpk, finishing 2 places lower and with nearly 200 less points (however they calculate that) yet still get the same number of game points.

good quiz but they could do with sorting the scoring out. I guess it works better when more people play.
