After both my teams going out in the qualifying round last year it's nice to see that skill has shone through this year

Errr yes

My second XI were busy in the Eggcup Cup. I had a 12 point lead after saturday, my opponent then got just 11 on sunday. A fine score of 0 would have seen me through and I managed to pick up no cards and I even scored a goal. But yes I still lost.

There would be some consolation to my second XI and third XI losing if I had a first XI worth talking about.....

As with everything this season I've left things to the last minute although the website (http://www.drunkenleague.co.uk" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;) is getting updated every Tuesday evening. I'm intending on getting the draw for the D Cup done in the next day or two and harrassment will make me do it quicker so feel free

You will tend to find out that my propensity to get things done depends on how I'm fairing in a competition and as all three of my teams made it past qualifying I'll get it done sooner rather than later.
