The short-lived Sky revival (in a crappy cramped studio instead of the NIA) was more recent, but even that was 13 years ago ITV’s original really did end in 2000. Will Fash and Ulrika be back?

Retired through injury in 1996, so it’s a long shot…

Hope they do it justice anyway, seemed with the Sky version that health and safety and space limitations prevented them from doing some of the games properly or at all.

As for Big Brother, not sure if they will adopt blah’s Hunger/Squid Game blueprint… more importantly, will FISO BB be back as a money-spinning tie-in?

Yeah, it doesn’t pull any punches in that regard… certainly goes along with the (exaggerated?) work hard-play harder stereotype of investment banking graduates.

Yeah, the original and best scoring system, IMO. Goal, assist, clean sheet, goal conceded, none of the other crap. I played in an auction game based on that scoring system for the best part of 20 years.

Have Sky largely given up on promoting their own game then? Wasn’t even sure if it was still going…

I guess as per Baddiel and Skinner, the actual fantasy football element will be largely sidelined before too long?

My first season giving it a go. I think there's 300,000+teams which puts my beloved TFF to shame. £50k first prize which puts my etc etc etc.
