just had a look at the regular www.fanball.com site - it's as though the uk site never existed, no mention of "soccer" or any non-u.s. games at all. no surprise there then. edit - my point being that the american site used to have a link to the uk version - no more, and the uk addy links straight back to the u.s. now.

It has never made mention of "soccer" or the UK game. Our threads on the forums had to be placed under the "mindless bantar" section! Also ever since support got shifted back to the States the uk website has been redirected to the .com.quizking wrote:just had a look at the regular www.fanball.com site - it's as though the uk site never existed, no mention of "soccer" or any non-u.s. games at all. no surprise there then. edit - my point being that the american site used to have a link to the uk version - no more, and the uk addy links straight back to the u.s. now.

i gather there was a 2-year contract, but if they have no one sensible enough to rip it up i'd be surprised
if it launches i'd play it as it was the best designed game (no block defence effect and loads of decisions to negate the large multis edge) but the pain of watching them mess up with lockdowns on a regular basis was too much to bear.
interesting to see the hopelessly run disingenuous games disappearing - e.g. times, british herald, my guess is this one too.
really just leaves the sun to collapse now
the rest left seem pretty well run - strange that eh.
a shame to see the times let the idiots running it run it into the ground rather than sorting them out and getting them to do their jobs properly, unless you count the stupid thing the organisers have designed now to keep their money rolling in even though virtually no one will play it!
