I'm thinking the deflection was more significant.

Have to have a look at half time dont normally doubt you Bram so you may well be right.

Having seen the replays, deflection AND too far out. Definitely no KC.

Im totally insane to question you bram but im going to say O Shea gets a KC for his work and the fact that the deflection wasnt that big and because it put Heinze in acres of space. I suppose the major thing against my theory would be the fact that OShea surely didnt mean to cut it back to Heinze :?

But hey, what have i got to lose 8-)

Viduka goal :?

I now agree with Bram too much of a deflection for sure.

Though apparently that Middlesborough goal could go to Yakubu, which admittedly would be nice.

From what I read on another thread, you'd be happy if it was 11-10 with everyone scoring.

That would give you 30 max, whereas 11-10 could be 60 if he saved the 11th pen. Sometimes you do come out with some strange things, Mike.

Would be better for me as I don't think many people have Brad Jones.

Hate to break this to you guys...But I believe Viduka was subbed a few minutes before the end of normal time...So no potential penalty bonus points for him I'm afraid.

The choice of Van Der Sar as Man of the Match just goes to show IMO how completely unnecessary and ludricous it has been for the Telegraph to introduce points for this. It is one man's opinion from the Telegraph and I would say that many would think he was watching a different match to the rest of us. There have many choices throughout the season that simply defy belief and on this particular occasion I would have said the likes of Oster and Gunnarsson in particular had far more claim to MOM, they were very instrumental in Reading's magnificent fightback whilst VDS didn't really have to perform too many heroics and made a right mess of attempting to intercept Gunnarsson's superb strike which unluckily struck the crossbar.
