It certainly looked impressive. I hadn’t seen anything beforehand which suggested the Ducati was going to be that much faster. They did mention in the Eurosport commentary that teams had been playing around with gearing because of the wind. Could gearing have made that much difference if they got it spot on for Stoner? The next best Ducati was Barros in 9th which suggests to me that they aren’t that much faster as standard. Agreed it was still a great ride by Stoner.CanaryYellow wrote:Did anyone else watch the moto gp? Ive been watching motorsports for as long as id care to remember andI have never seen any vehicle with the incredible raw speed advantage that Ducati had today. Even bikes following in the slipstream couldnt keep up.
Stunning ride from Stoner.

Nice scoring Pom...I see you've gone light on your BSB selections, it'll be interesting to see what happens after the 1st BSB races...I've gone Edwards and Baros in all my teams, best now just outside top 100, giving me additional cash for BSB's in the hope of producing a balanced selection...So far not so bad, pleased with Baros' showing, not so much with edwardsthe pom wrote:176 pts POM Racing 3 (Rossi / Pedrosa) 218 pts (7th)
166 pts POM Racing ( Rossi / Edwards) 204 pts (52nd)
114 pts POM Raciing 2 ( Stoner / Pedrosa ) 160 pts (952nd i think)
Good luck

Just thought i would initially go for the more'concrete' results early on for the motogp, seeing as they had 2 races the same as BSB, will be making a couple of changes in the transfer window, hopefully once i see how the BSB boys go, will probably also get rid biaggi / bayliss to make money for the BSB boys, just have to get lucky with the transfers !!!
Realistically (hopefully) should still be thereabouts into the 1st transfer window as we all know it only takes a couple of the top riders not to finish to ruin a good plan (points on the board is what counts)
