Round 19 payout/notification

Well it seems as though my cheque wasn't sent till the 20th March, after when they told me it was sent on the 9th. Anyway I have a tracking number, which is I suppose is a small glimmer of hope. Also got a personal apology which is a first.

Is it the same story with you Graham?

Yep, similar story here Minor.

"Thank you for contacting Fanball Customer Service. We apologize for the delay, but I can assure you that the check was actually sent off this week. That would explain why you have not received it yet. We apologize for the misinformation previously supplied to you, however, I can assure you that it is on its way."

I guess that earned as much interest out of the money as they could while it rested in their bank account. I foresee even longer delays when they're dishing out end of season prizes in a last attempt to reduce the massive losses they have no doubt amassed over the season.

Received the cheque today for prizes including as far back as Jan 15th and cheque written on Mar 7th. Banked it today with fingers crossed.
