Round 19 payout/notification
Anyone receive anything for Round 19 yet or notification by email?
I received notification tonight for Round 20 but not Round 19.
Last cheque I received was Round 18.

This thread has now become pertinent to me as whilst casually looking at the Fanball website this afternoon I noticed quite unexpectedly that I was stated as being the winner of £100 for week 23. . I haven't had any e-mail notification thus far so hope that this and the subsequent cheque will be forthcoming before too long.
I suppose I can take heart from the fact that some of the above posters have had contact about their earlier wins. Meanwhile I am still taking a breath over the fact that I won. I did finish 2nd on a previous occasion and won 10 £1 credits but I didn't even think I was in the running on this occasion. It is certainly a far better feeling than when you think you have a very good chance of winning (such as with a recent Telegraph weekly prize) only to find you have been narrowly beaten at the death !!!

I emailed yesterday querying about Round 19.
In the past, the response rate is an email notification of winning about 3 weeks after winning which you then need to reply to.
Usual standard response to my email:
Thank you for contacting Fantasy Football Challenge Customer Service.
We are currently looking into this issue and we will contact you as soon as we have more information.
We appreciate your patience.
Thank you,

Hmm, well got through to the guy by phone on 0207 993 22 41 (stroke of luck there) and he said I was sent a Round 19 email notification earlier this month so I may have missed this via my work SPAM filter (this is the only notification I have missed via email).
In any case, he has updated my records to say I have contacted them and will send out cheque probably next Monday. Its only a fiver though in this round.
Minor, I would send them another email or ring them if you haven't received anything yet yourself as most people have received notification.

Also got a £2 cheque today. On another, more encouraging note, I had managed to destroy a cheque from round 13 for £65 and I e-mailed them back in Dec to ask them if they would put a stop on this cheque and re-issue it. Much time has slowly passed, but the cheque duly arrived today with the £2 one - separate envelopes natch. Nice to see that they can put themselves out a little to sort out a problem. Now if they could just sort out those fixtures.........

Still awaiting my winnings. Got told yesterday that a cheque was sent 2 weeks ago.Minor wrote:Still not been paid. I've been told it was sent on the 9th and to wait 10 working days. Can anyone confirm how long their cheques took to arrive?
They said they were issuing more cheques next week - hopefully up to the end of the 3rd Quarter, so if nothing arrives by the end of this week I'll try and get them to cancel the missing "check" and add it on to end of Quarter Prize Money one. But I'm sure they could cock that up as well!
