A Stewie Attwell VAR Chip would've been better.

Players can pick any decison in favour of Forest for each of three consecutive weeks and reverse it.

Wouldn't of been able to play it last season as there wasn't any decisions in favour of forest

So looking into the chip a bit more i see we can transfer out managers so i'm going to single out matches and take a -4 to hop to 3 different managers and try for the 10pts bonus on every match.

W 25 w ham v Brentford

w 26 leic v Brentford

w 27 spurs v man city

so w ham to leics to spurs or something like that.

Why the f does Moyes get 19 points for this 0-1 win? How stupidly powerful is this chip?? That will ruin mini leagues.

To answer my own question, at least the first one:
6 points for a win, 2 for CS, 1 for one goal scored and 10 for beating a team that is at least five places above them.

I had planned on playing it next week, but I'm now more likely to play it around the BGW.

Less issue with creating the fiscal space and a chance to boost points on a short week.

Oh balls, I thought it was 10 instead of 6 if the team was 5 places above, not in addition to 6, that’s mental (and I’m now locked in with a way lower ceiling, doh!)

Well, the dif between players and a manager. Same here Salah, Diaz, Gakpo in. Thinking.. for a coach. Probably RVN.

What’s peoples thoughts on when to use this chip ? With DGWs in 24,33 & 36 blank GW 29 or 34 and can’t use another chip when activated it doesn’t leave many options if still have all chips. I’m thinking wait till we know the blanks in 29 to work out best time for free hitting BGW 29 or 34. WC 32 BB DGW33 TC DGW 36 So that means using it before at latest 26 unless free hit 34 but won’t know till after the semi. Finals of a Carabo cup.

The easiest one to use in isolation is the TC Chip. In theory the AM doesn’t need much pre-planning, although it blocks the use of ANOther Chip. For me that leads to those two being of most use this double game week.

I would prefer a bit more choice for the AM chip, and include in that being able to use it ‘against’ teams with nothing to play for. So, for me, AM36-38 has merit; which means TC this week.

FH/WC2/BB are therefore used from circa GW29 to 34. As you suggest, we don’t yet know what we need to navigate but (bar BB) those are the Chips that are most useful to get through tricky runs of games without taking hits.

For GW24 I have been vacillating between Salah TC and Slot AM. After seeing Moyes points I am swaying towards TC this week, save AM to GW36 for a potential doubler form horse relegation avoider.

Ive gone for Moyes next week - then for the 2 GWs after,i might change to a manager who has a good chance of winning - so Villa vs Ipswich and then Arsenal vs West Ham.

Great points I just see TC on Salah this week as a gamble on 2 very hard away games and would rather use in 36DGW on someone with 2 easy games and playing for something.

I think Big Ange plays FPL, and is taking Spurs as low as possible so he can hoover up all the 10 point bonuses when he plays it….

Idk I’ve been really looking at the fixtures

Moyes 24-26 is tempting. Save the TC for gw36

I think I’m going to do Iraola 25 and 26 and switch to Fulham vs wolves for 27.

Tempted to go with the herd on Salah TC24 but I think it’s going to bust.

Want to get the AM out of the way so it doesn’t interfere with playing another chip later

What seems the route with the least headaches and less chance of me over thinking it is the following:

TC Salah this week

Slowly build squad to fill out squad with as many doublers as possible for Bench Boost in double gw33.

FH in gw29

WC 34/35 with as many doublers in team as possible for double gw36

AM 36-38 will see who is dead and buried and on the beach by then amd go for max upside when those tea leaves are a bit clearer. Spurs look a good shout if they get some players back or buy some in next few weeks, or Ipswich in a final dogfight for survival. Also don't mind using a transfer on manager to make sure all 3 AM games are home games.

Will use remaining transfers to tinker around the edges of the above plan, but seems an easy fit and forget plan for now :D
