Man City spending big money this window on a forward and two unproven defenders when there's a gaping hole at the base of their midfield is just craziness.

Yeah, the Rodri stand-in was surely the top if not the only priority. Maybe there was just nobody available though.

Yep great for goals, tbh was disappointed there was no aggro though as i thought Arsenal would try to get Haaland to lose it.

I see the PGMOL are marking their own homework on their var stats on screwups.

Keith Hackett is not happy on talksport. Alan Brazil doesn't believe they only made 13 mistakes this season either.

So much for Arsenal doubling, 1-0 Newcastle - Isak.

Or not.

The way this match is being played both sides look like Spurs/Man City when playing out from the back and there's bound to be a goal from a defensive mistake

Isak was so unlucky hitting the post. It's not over if Arsenal get one back before say 60mins.

I think it's done, Arsenal needed the third goal in the tie to be theirs.

Liverpool go one up thanks to Gakpo. It's now all square in the tie.

Salah penalty puts Liverpool two up and possibly makes future game weeks a little clearer.

Peter Drury has to be one of the worst commentators in the history of commentating.

There is no need to scream a player's name as he's taking a penalty. Literally no need whatsoever.

i would have preferred spursy spurs in the final. looks like we will have play and beat the current holders, current champions elect and arguably the best team in europe right now, just to get our hands on a first mediocre trophy in over 50 yrs

I dont like to see managers sacked but i do wonder why Levy has been so patient with Ange. He's fired better managers doing better jobs than him in the past.
