54 STARTERS and of note I see F4C in the Top 90% but with 2 Leicester players to play (or Spurs  )
I have suspended PRINCE OP and his buddy until "they" say Hi :(

I am all out and just looking at next weeks challenge 1 goalkeeper and all out attack but don't think you'll be picking Haaland.

Join in at any time and collect your badges, one good gameweek can advance you in the league.

Final update tomorrow.

Thanks for the welcome guys (and gals).

A half-decent start for me this week with 56pts (no players tonight though). Now, watch me slide down the rankings when the challenges get harder!

We have the GW1 TOP TEN (11 actually :))
Great effort from our joint leaders George's Charlies and Duke Nukem FC and the rest of us not all that far behind them.
Don't forget to check your first draft has been as you wish to start with (note to self) and team sheets  as there are no emergencies.

George's Charlies has the GW2 win to himself this time :D and has this 5 aside Challenge all worked out. :)
Three other players have reached the ten 10 for both GW1 and GW2
GW2 challenge.png
Overall, in the 5Aside Challenge Event George's Charlies leads with Duke Nukem FC and Captain Haaland tied for second, and The Black Fingernail, EpiKGunnerz and Eonig Koning tied for third place.

Three players are joint winners of Gw3 Promoted Punt.

George's Charlies are making this game theirs 8-) and sharing first place are Duke Nukem FC who also features regularly in the top ten :) and Marqiaan CP :) who all have 23 points.
Challenge GW3.png
Next GW, the 5 Aside Challenge is double points for clean sheets with 2 GK and 3 defenders, and the budget doesn't seem at all challenging

Good luck with your picks!

Wow, George's Charlies are smashing it. Nice one! The challenge seems a lot easier this week, basically pick any defender you want with the budget given. I look forward to picking 11 players the week after.

Me too @ The Black Fingernail.

The 5 aside is a bit boring to say the least. But after this game week a FISO 5 aside winner will be found and odds on It's going to be George's Charlies .

If you haven't played yet pop on over there in Fantasy Challenge and enter a team, then you'll be ready to face the next Challenge event from game week 5.

Gameweek 4 and the winner is Sometimes A Fantasy 8-) with Onana, Dunk and Veltman contributing to the game week 4 top score.

Screenshot 2024-09-16 165456.png
Event 1 was 5 A Side spanning Gw1 to 4 and was won by George's Charlies and well-deserved for consistency.
Duke Nukem was second and Captain Haaland in third.

I finally got a top 10 weekly finish thanks to Onana pen save . I wish they would go back to 11 players as i prefer that rather than 5 players still going to play every week .

Well done, Arnold. I went all in with Liverpool and Man City - and it went pear shaped of course (apart from the Ederson assist!). Yeh, it seems odd they're sticking with the five player challenge after calling the first event "5 a Side". Oh well!

Go on :) set your team up for Game week six made up of players only from Africa. FPL will have it sorted out who they are.

The scores are very compressed at the top and this event is anyone's to win.

Doesn't take long to pick your line-ups so have a go if you haven't tried it yet. :)

Challenge Africa found two new players sharing equal first place with the ever present George's Charlie's, both Bajan Gooners and Rooney Ate My Toffees were equal first in this game week.
Limitless funds and restricted choices have resulted in 11 players sharing 2nd place. Well done! all points accumulate to win events and season tables and the much-coveted badges :) .

"The replacements" 8-) is top scorer in the newest event so titled TEST LAB :D
Game week 8 rewarded players with extra points for making interceptions, tackles and recoveries. Those stats being included in the drop down menus. The replacements C was Mo Salah.
Screenshot 2024-10-22 191517.png
Next game week your player selections will earn 2 points for key passes and crosses, if you're thinking these stats will be part of next years FPL main game, then it's probably a good time to become a White Rat.

Good luck!!!

I think you need to set up a team before trying to join the league (?) Have a look on the other pages after you click the link in the first post, set up a user name and team and it should work OK :)

From4corners wins Challenge GW9 He obviously knows his passes from his crosses  c Mbeumo gets 38 points Cunha adds 19 8-)
just imagine if these types of bonus points get incorporated into FPL proper!!! there would be some huge gameweek scores.
Great to see the regular FISO contributors doing well in the top 10.
