As in the Bookmaker not the place
Anyone considering opening an account, be warned.
I had an ew bet which was placed but I wasn't paid out, I checked my betting history which confirmed it. I obviously contacted them asking them to check. 2 days later they responded claiming the bet was settled correctly as it was a win bet
During that 2 day period, after several days of depositing & withdrawing they ask me for verification proof, its not unusual to be asked but that procedure should be done before any bets are struck, in fact you cant deposit before let alone have a bet.
I closed the account, I'm hardly going to bet with a company I clearly cant trust. The fact I dont have a driving license or passport which is required for verification proof was immaterial as things turned out.

Re: Hollywood
IBAS not IBIS have concluded it was my mistake. No evidence that I ticked the ew option, I was sure I did & I'd have thought I'd have noticed the balance after the bet was struck but tbh, I sometimes cant remember what I did yesterday let alone several weeks ago
