Hi there. I set Division 5 up and we had the draft on Wednesday evening.
I wouldn't have any objection if you wanted to pick a team from the players left in the pool and replace Average in the league. I posted a league joining code to you earlier this week.
However, you would need to do this by 6.30 tonight ie in one hour's time.
I will keep an eye on this thread and the league in case I need to do anything.

Sorry I've just had a read of the rules and it does say that players must join the league before the draft. So it does appear that you can no longer join.Edgeways wrote: ↑10 Dec 2021, 17:30Hi there. I set Division 5 up and we had the draft on Wednesday evening.

It looks like a separate Draft 16-26 thread has already been set up, which might be a better place to post results/gloat/sulk.

Talkie Toaster will be on to it soon, I'm sure , and in the meantime if someone can do a quick update on first GW scores in each division, would be good

Aww, I like it when you do it. But can't refuse when you ask seeing how much time you put in.wahine wrote:In the meantime if someone can do a quick update on first GW scores in each division, would be good.
D3
Billfella 59-46 Just A Kiwi
RNZ 42-34 Irishraider
M.Dullforce 55-31 Neath Boy
This week's top of the table clash is RNZ v M.Dullforce. If West Ham score against Arsenal I'll have a good chance. If not, probably not. Ramsdale seems to get 10 points per CS nowadays and he has Tierney as well.

Re: FISO H2H Draft Divisionals Season 13 Sign up
Division 5
In the Salah v Ronaldo clash, The Fruity Pigs (me, Salah) beat Blue Ridge Mountain (Erich-Dieter, Ronaldo) 64-46. Despite good contributions from Erich-Dieter's Man Utd core, it was my last choice midfielder, Madison, who made the difference.
Joeyo Draft 13 (Joe Law), with Gallagher and Ramsdale as the stars of the show, beat Peleton Brief 2 (Simon Brown) 49-34.
Robot Divisional (Andrew Stevens) lost 45-47 to Average, despite the best efforts of Gabriel on his behalf.
Meaning the early season table looks like this, with the top 3 on 3 points and the rest on 0:
1. The Fruity Pigs
2. Joeyo Draft 13
3. Average
4. Blue Ridge Mountain
5. Robot Divisional
6. Peleton Brief 2
The table is irking me at the moment with positions decided by points scored rather than points difference. But I guess that will come out in the wash once everyone has played everyone else.
Good luck all this week.

Re: FISO H2H Draft Divisionals Season 13 Sign up
Many thanks to everyone for their efforts in getting season 13 up and running.
I was unable to do all of my usual last minute chasing and organising this time around, so apologies to anyone who has missed out as a result.
Many thanks also to Stormrider for jumping into Div 6 at short notice to help us out.
Hopefully everything should be back on track now, so enjoy the season everyone.

Division 5
With gameweek 18 almost upon us, I thought I'd just summarise what happened in 17.
In the top-of-the-early table clash, The Fruity Pigs maintained their 100% record by beating Joeyo Draft 42-31. The Fruity Pigs had no standout performers, whereas Watkins was Joeyo Draft's main man.
Peleton Brief, for whom De Bruyne and TAA were the star men, beat Average 51-41.
In a game of all round team efforts, Blue Ridge Mountain beat Robot Divisional 50-35.
This leaves the points table looking like this:
The Fruity Pigs - 6
Blue Ridge Mountain - 3
Average - 3
Peleton Brief - 3
Joeyo Draft - 3
Robot Divisional - 0
Good luck all this week, particularly with getting more than a 5-a-side team out.

Division 5
Not sure if I'm supposed to be providing these updates or if someone's already posting them somewhere I'm not aware of, if anyone reads them or if anyone cares.
Anyway, week 18...
The Fruity Pigs continued their good run of form by dispatching Average 49-37. Dias was man of the match for the Pigs. But they now need to cope without Robertson for 3 weeks, and Salah potentially for longer in the not-too-distant future.
Joeyo Draft beat Blue Ridge Mountain 47-26. Cancello was Joeyo Draft's star performer by a country mile,
Peloton Brief, with an all-round team effort, beat Robot Divisional 34-31.
The updated table:
1. The Fruity Pigs - 9
2. Joeyo Draft - 6
3. Peleton Brief - 6
4. Average - 3
5. Blue Ridge Mountain - 3
6. Robot Divisional - 0
Hopefully we'll reconvene on Boxing Day. But who knows in the current climate.
May I take this opportunity to wish everyone on FISO a happy and healthy Christmas and New Year.
