I thought 63 was going to be quite high.

Nice one. What position is that one in?
729th. My Eggcup team.

Didn't get into top 1k til Liverpool scored (and I've only got 3 reds and even then not Mane)).

Solksjaer has been sacked. Having dumped my Utd players a while back, it will be interesting to see if the new manager can tempt me into bringing any back.

Was quite surprised when reviewing my scores last night to see that I still had one Ronaldo and he had got me 5 points.

Didn't realised he had assisted.... maybe he didn't and instead got those 3 bonus points for 6 tackles.

I'm going to reply in a very serious way to your not serious at all post, and say he's a Forward not a Midfielder.

Yeah - he assisted Van de Beek goal with a header. Looks like Utd are going with another ex-player, Darren Fletcher, for the time being.

Sorry - make that Michael Carrick taking over at Utd temporarily until they can find someone to temporarily take over to the end of the season - at lest I think that's what they just said on the radio! Either way, I can't see many people rushing to bring any Utd players into their team in the foreseeable future.

Even if Utd did have a big peak there are no real contenders for getting into my team - maybe Ronaldo aside. Even at the back, a run of CSs and they still wouldn't be must haves when you have Chelsea, Cancelo and TAA (plus cheapies). Bruno F maybe? Are there any slightly cheaper VFM possibilities????

Nineteen-year-old midfielder Cole Palmer makes his first Premier League start for Manchester City. Ruben Dias drops to the bench and is replaced by Aymeric Laporte, who returns from suspension. Kevin de Bruyne has tested positive for Covid, so is out, as is Jack Grealish with a minor injury. Gabriel Jesus also drops to the bench and in comes Raheem Sterling.

Manchester City XI: Ederson, Kyle Walker, John Stones, Raheem Sterling, Ilkay Gündogan (C), Aymeric Laporte, Rodri, Bernardo Silva, João Cancelo, Phil Foden, Cole Palmer
Substitutes: Zack Steffen, Scott Carson, Rúben Dias, Nathan Aké, Gabriel Jesus, Oleksandr Zinchenko,, Fernandinho, Riyad Mahrez, James McAtee

Everton are unchanged from their 0-0 draw with Tottenham. Mason Holgate, who was sent off after coming on as a late substitute against Spurs, starts a suspension.

Everton XI: Jordan Pickford, Michael Keane, Allan, Richarlison, Fabian Delph, Demarai Gray, Lucas Digne, Andros Townsend, Ben Godfrey, Séamus Coleman (C), Anthony Gordon
Substitutes: Asmir Begovic, Jonjoe Kenny, Alex Iwobi, Cenk Tosun, Jean-Philippe Gbamin, Jarrad Branthwaite, Salomón Rondón, Ellis Simms (the paralympic swimmer?), Tyler Onyango

Sterling (Cancelo) - 1-0 at half time. Lots of defender points around this weekend (again).

Ended up doing Vardy > Kane. Leaves me with 30 transfers so feels like a reasonable punt.

That did sound like a reasonable punt 45 minutes ago.

In theory it is a 4 for 2 so you can always bail out after the easy run of games if Spurs haven't played themselves into form. Might even be a new manager who has woken up Ronaldo by then. Maybe Conte Image

I trust United will take note that a change of manager is not always (all that's) needed.....

Of course the Spurs scorer's are Højbjerg and Reguilón when I was silly enough to go for a mixture of Kane and Son.

Kane could have put Son in at least twice in the last few minutes the great useless lump!
