This is a league for regular contributors to The Rounded Keeper thread.
The request to sign up was your first ever post, having registered in 2014.
Our approach is to welcome you and encourage you to contribute - please have a look around, join in.
There is an open FISO league for all comers but, I'm sorry to say, that at the moment I am not sure you meet the eligibility threshold. Sorry.

No problem. I just prefer to read it than to write most of the time. But I wanted to have an easier way to find the links for the teams of the participants.

There are a few other places where you can find lists of links of many of the regulars on here.

I see you are already familiar with the fpl button which is a convenient link to specific individuals.

There is also my Swiss Cup sidegame which has a directory of around 100 teams on it. viewtopic.php?f=82&t=133834&start=5

There's Oxford NZ's Divisional Championship game which has a spreadsheet containing links of all the participants plus lots more info.

And when RomynPG's 5AS game gets started in a few weeks the thread for that has links for all the teams involved, which is usually well over a hundred.

Better yet, why not join in some of the games?

My H2H Leagues are still looking for teams for a Conference League: viewtopic.php?f=82&t=133660

The Divisionals are open for new teams all season long and 5AS usually has teams looking for new members - or you can start a 5AS team of your own (Virgins for example).

All are excellent games.

Ps sign up for the divisional champs as I keep a lot of info on those pages and sheets.

New teams can be added to the sheet as required. I have added most of you but may have missed some
atm it is sorted by GW1 score but can be sorted alphabetically or by ID number

To search on PC press "Ctrl + H" or smart phone find and replace in the drop down menu
type in the first few letters of the name you are looking for.
The look up references GW by ID and plucks OR from the grid.
I can update the grid data each week or if nudged when I forget.
Extra data can be added to the grid such as GW captain pick or chip played but that takes a bit more work so I will only do it there is enough interest.

I’m writing this both to you and to summarise the principles for others using you as an example. Hope you’re OK with that as it’s a good example of where we try to exercise discretion. (For more detail see also top post and the linked chat about league set up from last year).

The criteria is pretty loose. Essentially it is a league for the regular* members of The Rounded Keeper forum so that we can see each other’s teams at a glance (& allows bragging rights for the fortunate few). It’s in my name with a handful of other regulars on hand to help with judgement calls.
Bottom line, the more people who join the chat and use FISO, the better. As the primary criteria is coming to TRK and chatting with everyone about the matches taking place during that game week* it should be easy to work out who is ‘in’ and who isn’t.
*It’s not even a weekly commitment, the predecessor league administrator kicked people out after a month of not contributing. I am less of a completer-finisher personality type to review that every couple of weeks!

Trampie, I know you’re a long time member of and contributor to FISO. From a cursory glance at your posts you’ve only been in to TRK once in the last couple of seasons. You’ve joined in lots of other things. In contrast to new posters/lurkers we’ve typically given the benefit of the doubt with encouragement to pop in for a few drinks and join in the chat. I’ll add you next time I do a refresh.
In theory I will then review - say, at the end of the transfer window - and remove those who haven’t joined in. Last season Covid was causing enough isolation and I didn’t do that admin. Anything to bring/keep people together, even an FPL mini league, seemed to be a good idea.

All of which is only a guide. We want this League to be a reason for people to join in more not feel they have been pushed away. Go to the pub and say, ‘Hi’; New players who don’t have Trampie’s record of participation on FISO, join the FISO League, follow the links to some of Talkie Toaster, ONZ and others’ excellent side games; and if you think I’ve made a mistake with any of these judgement calls, message me

Squad games have never been my thing, but there are less and less traditional games out there these days, so I feel I have to try and get into the FPL game, although it's a squad game, with fluctuating player values, transfers every week (basically use them or lose them) and a nominated captain, I personally would prefer a non squad game, non fluctuating player values, 20 transfers a season to be used as and when and no double points captain.
