Yes it was. It's the only time I've ever won anything in a sweepstake, and because of what happened, the guy running it decided all the entry money would be donated to charity.

Same here, mainly because I used all my Paddy Power balance on the original picks.

Just turned the telly on to watch the big race. Be interesting to see how the graphics and algorithms work

But if the algorithms are any good, they'd kill the bookies.

Well run morganb!

Thought the graphics were pretty good, merging excellently into what I assume was real background footage.

None of my 4 finished....

Mrs m's 4 came 2-3-4-5. I told you she was good at this!

Shaggy.... Aso.... ouch!

I honestly thought I'd done it and actually got some money (for charity).

Roll on 2021.

I used to have an account with Paddy but I dont use it anymore, I am willing to get 4 horses if you put my bets on, thats the other question if i will know my horses in time? Its daylight savings changing back today so I will be awake to hear the race though. I can pay you back via IB ? or paypal?

I won £19 (18-1 + stake). None of the other horses I bet on won anything though...

The rules say:

5. By entering you promise to give at least half of your winnings to a Covid-19 linked charity of your choice

So, I'll round it up to £20 and donate it to:

https://cornwallairambulancetrust.org/

(It is a medical charity so loosely Covid-19 related - hope that's ok)

wahine - I'll pm you later will PayPal details

Thanks Kylie, you've been lucky for me before

Thanks for organising murf, I unfortunately slept through the event. My virtual winnings and an admin charge ( for my incompetence) donated to St John Christchurch.

2. Walk In The Mill - Surprised 16/1
3. Any Second Now - OxfordNZ 10/1
4. Tiger Roll - Surprised 5/1

Thanks all for playing/donating. Well played to those named above (unless you went win only!).

Also, well played Kylie for giving all the top 5 to actual entries.

Had a nice thank you email from the Cornwall and Isles of Scilly air ambulance today:

Thought I would drop you a quick email to say many thanks for the very kind donation of £20.00 received through the JustGiving website from your virtual Grand National win, congratulations.

So I thought I would share the thanks with murf/Kylie for organising this competition/picking the horses, and also to Potters Corner for winning, as without them I wouldn't have had my winnings to donate.
