More likely that they will use this to start split seasons to fit in Qatar and AFCoN...

Mid/Late 2020 - finish 2019/20 season
2021 - season with break for Euros
2022 - season ending with winter World Cup

Yep. They may be able to toss in Euros before Xmas with season finishing before AFCoN. Start next season after it with summer break for EL or whatever next summer and finish season by Xmas and winter break...
