I was annoyed to have missed out on Ayew in the waivers (a sentence I never thought I'd find myself typing ), but my annoyance was multiplied tenfold when I saw you had left him on your bench, you ungrateful little sod.

The league is really tight this year, there's a small gap opening up from the top three to the rest, but only 60 points from first to worst.
Pirlo is top of the table for transactions with a mighty 36, whilst Mo Bot has made a paltry two.

One of those was removing Pulisic in GW9.

I will always top this particular table though. I'm a Ranieri-level tinkerman when it comes to Draft.

Pirlo, Gentlemen, I’d just like to apologise for my lacklustre effort in the Draft this season. I’m deservedly sitting bottom, propping up the ‘League of Beards’.

I’ve had a few other things going on in real life which has distracted me. Silly thing is though, even when I have made an effort and submitted transactions midweek, I’ve then gone and forgotten to actually select my team at the weekend . This week I’ve managed to leave 3 players on the bench who otherwise would have scored me 26 points. This is a particularly bad example of what I’ve been doing most the season

Most frustratingly, it’s actually looking like a really close competition this year, with less than 80 points currently separating top from bottom! I could actually have been a lot closer myself if I’d been paying due attention....as it is, I’m now going to attempt to buck up my ideas with the mission of trying to finish no worse than 9th (Watch out Mav I’ve got you in my sights )
