Back for another season and the Premiership looks the place to be this season, this is assuming the H2H leagues will be available again, just gaining interest

The below are reserved places based on last year's final placings. IF ANYBODY ISNT INTERESTED WHO IS LISTED PLEASE INFORM ME, IF ANYONE WOULD LIKE TO BE ON STANDBY PLEASE ALSO PIPE UP !! (Places will be offered to last season championship players first in the order they finished)

Please confirm if you're interested in Season 4, the entry fee will be £20. Im happy to collect the money and look after it for the season.

Three will be relegated to the Championship for season 5.

Prizes are 80% (£128) to the winner and 20% (£32) to the runner-up.

I’m quite happy to combine both leagues too (not fussed), doesn’t look like we’ll have a standard H2H league on here anyway, enjoyed the prospect of relegation/promotion though .

The 10 in the Championship were all confirmed as entering via PM etc, if someone would like to make a decision or we get a vote going somehow maybe, we’ll combine the 2,

If we combine the 2 I’m thinking maybe a cup competition with £5 to the pot and £15 to the main league prizes, just for a bit of interest for the bottom feeders during the season ?

Any thoughts ?

So a merger of the leagues then means that Madchester United Football Club were not officially relegated last season

I’m easy whatever concerning the league though I think there are 37 DT game weeks so 18 (36) could maybe work out well so we play each other twice (If there is 37 weeks and we have 18 then could start league week 2 so it’s 36 game weeks plus even number means no team sits out any weeks).

If we could get 18 I’d prefer chasing another 2 and having 2 leagues again (10 each), still run the cup but through both leagues, where’s the main man backlash to make the final decision

Not that my opinion matters too much but I think the existing format was good as it gave the league entertainment at both ends and every week there were meaningful games.

A big league (I doubt we will get another second tier one) will mean most managers drop their team after a few months as there will be no relegation factor and the league will quickly resemble a damp squib.

That said I’ll enter whatever is decided.

Two leagues is better. Could we not invite others to fill the gaps.

Chance is still there for those who dropped out to reconsider.

I must admit I don’t think the self-promotion and the giving away of spots in the prem is fair at all.

Ok, We’ll give it 24hrs for other members to offer/voice there opinion, I don’t feel like there’s any need to change the format personally, it did make sense once a few dropped out though, we’ve not even given it a go or attempted to attract new players, we’ve still got over 2 weeks to go also, maybe some of the old league 1 players may be interested

Will get a poll or something going this time tomorrow

P.s - also agree that the chuckle brothers are not just dancing there way into the Prem

If there are drop outs I’m all for a one off game against those relegated to the lower league.

Even time of the 1st goal in the Charity Shield will make the game interesting.
At least it’ll give a bit of substance to the lucky persons promotion/stay.

I like the charity shield idea although I think a dt style game.
