He only signed for Man Utd a few days before the start of the season, so his price might have been locked for the first few days of the season and the first few hundred thousand NTIs didn't count towards a price rise.

Thomas Partey - A ten-fold increase in ownership, from 14,000 to 140,000 this week, and no increase in price? I don't get it.

Wildcard transfers don’t count. Maybe he’s only really being bought by wildcarders?

Also hadn't noticed this before but the data also has number of teams selected by rather than just % selected by as it has in the past. Not sure when that changed but should make any CTC code more accurate/thresholds easier to calculate.
