Don't know anything about greyhound racing but I've entered my teams cos they are free.

Anybody beaten by me should be suitably embarrassed (same as TFF then.....)

I never do very well, but just keep selecting every day. You can make huge swings up and down, just stay in it, and don't bother much with hot favourites.

My one and only telegraph cheque came from this - 90% luck 10% skill IMO - go big prices and hope for places - an odds on winner is a waste of a selection if you 66-1 selection comes 3rd you will far eclipse its score. Pick the big jockey and big stable or you will lose ground - that's not the place to gamble.

Get a couple of big winners in one team and you will be there or there abouts - don't give up on a team for that reason.

Team 1 has gone for the dog in trap 1 in every race. Team 2, trap 2 etc. If that comes off I may actually put some effort into it tomorrow.....

The Arkle provided a nice summary - pick the odds on winner 2.5 points (why would you)

Pick the 25-1 3rd - 75 points

Hi Ashers, I've applied to join belatedly with my Bag of Sticks. Hope that's okay - never thought to enter before the off, knowing less than zero, but was excited to see that I've fluked a stable with 500 pts this morning, so not completely embarrassed for a change. No idea whether there's a cut-off to join?

I'm 4/6 to finish with under 1000 pts, but just in case my luck holds and I can help move FISO up nearer the Betfair forum somehow...
