Well we've seen what dropping you from the 5AS team can do, so imagine what effect your missing this event could have

I am on fire!
I registered for my monthly $500 affiliate freeroll last week. Sat down on Wednesday to play it. Realised it had taken place on Tuesday. As a sitout I came 4th for $50

There is a Premier Inn on the same road as the casino (Manchester (Prestwich), Bury New Road) but it is about 3 or 4 miles away from the casino.
A twin room is £74 a night (£37 per person) on the Sat, and £60 a night (you do the math!) on the Fri if we prepay now.
Closer hotels are either booked or much more expensive.
I'm going to leave the Friday for now (I may book in nearer the time) so do we need 3 twins for the Sat night with Phil and Dan also needing 1 for the Friday?
Will Ben just need a Sat night room or is he coming on the Friday?

Re: APAT team event - Manchester
I've just booked 3 twin rooms for the Saturday at £74 per room.
I will add Friday bookings if needed, but the Sat night seemed to be the expensive night so I thought best to book them whilst they are there.
Carpe diem.

Re: APAT team event - Manchester
I was planning on driving over on Friday night as it's only down the road and I'm a lightweight who can't handle two nights of drinking in a row.

Re: APAT team event - Manchester
To be honest, Friday night isnt that big a deal to me. I would only be coming after work anyway. Coming over on Saturday morning and just staying one night is fine.
So Dave, I will do what you do.

Re: APAT team event - Manchester
OK, I'll book two twin rooms for the Friday night also.
I think it's good to get pissed the night before the main event.
Job done.

From this point forward the room Dan and I share will be known as the 'nits room'.Mike_ wrote:SplendidHotpot wrote:I'm not sure we'll be able to share a room if you plan on using phrases like 'super duper' all weekendKarrde wrote:super duper
Do you have a bad beat story? Need a shoulder to cry on? Not a problem, pop into the 'nits room'?
