Hi everyone,

I need your advice!

A friend and I have been working on a free planner specifically for Telegraph Fantasy Football:

We built it because we wanted an easier way to plan transfers around upcoming fixtures and kick-off times, rather than constantly checking different fixture lists.

At the moment we've built:

Squad Planner – plan your team and future transfers
Fixture Ticker – quickly see upcoming Premier League and cup fixtures
KO View – see exactly when your players kick off
Fixture Sequences – spot useful runs of fixtures when planning transfers
Budget tracking – keep an eye on your remaining budget

We've also recently rebuilt a lot of it to work properly on mobile.

We're still actively developing it, which is really why I'm posting here. There are a lot of experienced TFF players on FISO, so I'd genuinely love to know:

What would you add or change to make this genuinely useful throughout a TFF season?

Any criticism, suggestions or feature ideas are very welcome. We're building it for TFF players, so feedback from people who actually play the game is incredibly useful.

hey, looks great. Very similar to this https://dreamteamtonic.co.uk/telegraph/ ... h-fixtures but the more tools for me to waste transfer around, the better Good job!

Only had a quick look but fixture planner looks similar to one I use but doesn't have sliders to set start and end point of a period and count fixtures.

Will stick to what I know sorry.

No problem at all. However, it does contain those sliders (the red and green icons at the top)

Honestly, I really appreciate your feedback.

I've updated the Fixture Ticker to make this feature more easily visible and easier to use. I've also made it so it can be used on mobile as well by dragging the sliders. See below:

I've decided this season to start using / experiment with some of the freely available tools available to assist what traditionally has been just my own eye test approach to fantasy football gaming, so I'll take a look at this and see if it helps me.

I've added a setting for Timezones now It's within your 'Profile Settings'. I'll make this automatically detect in future.

I like it. The 'Sequence' feature to highlight opportunities for 3-for-0s etc. is very nifty

Been playing with it and I find it a lot better from a usability POV than other tools I use, great job on it

I know the 3-0 etc function shows who the run is ‘over’, but can there be a function for a 0-3 etc where you can select the team you’d be looking to take players out…? Hope that makes sense!

When I was playing with it, I found you could just 'check' every team you want considered, and it will show you the potential OUTs shaded in RED and the potential INs shaded in blue

....so just keep scrolling right until the 'team you want to remove players from' shows the red shading

Thanks Bucks! Yep, that makes perfect sense

We actually already have this built into the Sequence feature. You can select multiple teams you're considering, and the sequence will show both sides — the potential INs are highlighted blue and the potential OUTs are highlighted red.

So for example, as you scroll across you'll see the 3–0 opportunities, but also the reverse 0–3 situation for the team you're potentially looking to take players out from.

Buster has explained it perfectly above

That said, the fact it wasn't immediately obvious is really useful feedback for us. We might need to make the 0–3 / OUT side of the feature clearer in the UI or explanation.
