FISO ESPN NFL Season 20

Hello,

I have re-activated the league, after a prompt from Stuart.

Season 19 seems to have had no Comissioner, if I read last seasons posts right.

I apologise, as I don't use FISO anymore.

The League needs these things to keep going, if you all want it to:
1. A new Commissioner.
2. Agree on a draft date and time
(Late Aug. BH Sun. @8/9pm is the default?)
3. Can anyone who wants to play, (or not) just leave a message below?
4. Keep the settings as they are? Points, etc...
5. Anything else I missed?

There is no assigning another commissioner.
I don't have the time to be a commish.

The way this league goes on, is if someone starts a new one, and invites all the league members.
Apart from me, as I want to leave the league, for the reason above, unfortunately.

if none of these work can you just email support and ask for help it would be a shame starting a new league with the history involved. if you don't want to to that i will contact support and see what i can do but it looks like it might be best if you try contacting them first

I'm back in (although this might be my last season - I think 20 years might eb long enough!). As for the Commish - isn't one of the options for someone to log in as Surrey Exiles and take it from there?

The app has none of the features you mention.
It just has a manager tool.
Then nothing to change the comish.
Changed from when I used it last, years ago.

I am open to turning over the Commissioner, and team to a new Comish.

Any offers?

Completely agree that you cannot do a lot within the app

The way possible around it is the go on the actual website on a computer and go to your team where you will see the LM tool option near the top of the page.

click on that and it should say league membership tools 4th one down should say Assign League Manager Powers it then should give you a list of the members of the league if you click on my name i should then be notified that i have the league powers and then i can act has Commissioner, and you can then delete/leave your team when i have confirmed i have the power to be the Commissioner.

I managed to use a library computer, as mine is kaput, apparently.

I have assigned 'Yorkshire Dragons' as the League Manager.

I am confirming my resignation from managing 'Surrey Exiles'.

Good luck to you all, I am sorry to leave like this. This was the best(hardest) league I ever played.

Thank you for your help Mark in sorting this out. i can confirm that im the new league Commissioner.

First of all we are now 1 player down so anybody reading this wants to be in league then please inform me

I will continue with the same rules as in previous editions of the game unless a majority wants certain rules to be changed

i have set up a poll on the ESPN site of when the Draft should take place either Sun 23rd or Sun 30th August at 8pm if you would please vote on this or if you have a time and date that suits you better can you inform me.

Keepers deadline is Aug 18, 2026 @ 2:00 PM so please make sure submit your keepers by then
We will continue with the 3 year maximum for keeping players.
No teams have any players on the 3 year limit you can all keep you keepers from last year if you wish to do so

Thank you sorting all this out. Apologies that I have missed the conversations until now about the league due to being away.

It's great that we can keep the history of the leagure going. Thank you as well for taking over the commish role and indeed to makr for sorting the handover out. The prompt I sent was the only optiion I could find about re-activating so apologies if it was crude but once again thank you to all involved for sorting it out.

Oh yea, I'm in btw lol !! Have voted in the poll on ESPN as will not be able to attned the second weekend offered.
