think it's obvious now with just 6 days to go, that they don't have a game planned, not in their interest to tell us, that would mean less hits to the site, less follows on social media platforms etc. Will just have to stick to the FIFA game instead. Makes you wonder now if they'll even be a seasonal game next year, bearing in mind the overall prize money generally shrinking year on year over the last decade or so.

Yet radio silence from dreamteamfc and dreamteam customer support on twitter, I saw similar messages from dt support posted last week about this week.

Also saw someone say they were told that the game would be replaced by a Bracket challenge comp instead, with £1000 amazon vouchers to the winner lol.

Launching a game two days before a deadline seems unrealistic, hope that does happen still, but lack of public communication about an actual game coming doesn't seem good to me.

If there was a game announced, maybe it'll start from the knockout stages instead? Skipping the group stage games.

Dont think the pricing is the problem ? Theyve done many a tournaments b4 now, takes a couple of minutes to get a team together, even if they get the game up on wednesday at least well have a game, lets just hope we do

Be interesting to see the rules for the Sun World Cup game especially with the new World Cup format. I do think they’ll let you join the competition at any round / fixture day, at a cut off point normally first kick off in other formats.

They cant expect so many people to get their teams sorted by Thursday now. I did think this weekend would be the latest they’d leave it, as many people could set their teams up on the weekend but going into a week day is ridiculous. People are busy working , taking kids to school/picking up and generally just busier in the week, so the entries will be at a record low if they don’t let people enter at daily intervals rather than rounds.

didn't they make an absolute mess of the last world cup and had alot of squads missing players. in fact they were adding a load of players throughout the tournament as some squads only had 3 players to choose from.

yeah I remember that, and remember asking why didn't they just list every single squad player instead of having this strange protocol where if you wanted a player added, you had to request it.

Cheers Plev 30 transfers, 17th June deadline. I thought 19th June would’ve been good time to start as all 48 teams would’ve played 1 each not moaning though, happy there is a game.
