I loved TFFO even though I was seriously useless at it. :)

It didn't.

So did I until about a week ago. Now I'd settle for plain old TFF.

Or FF of any kind.

In fact, just the second F would be a start.

At least we are still O. At least until the providers' staff can keep going in to maintain things....

Bumping this thread in commemoration.

The last ever flange of TFFO was ten years ago to the day.

TFF flanges are far too easy, just not the same.

15 transfers over 18 players. A game where men were men and sheep were.... occasionally seen on the leaderboard.

Ah yes TFFO was great! OFL and CYKI were other favourites. Those were the days!

It's that time again. Right, I'm going:

Alisson
Ederson

Alexander-Arnold
Tierney
Vinagre

Maguire
Koch
Bednarek (Ake)

Salah
De Bruyne (Fernandes)
Antonio
Greenwood
Foden
Diangana

Aubameyang
Kane
Werner
Adams

Happy with that. Only one known flange, or knange, left uncovered and a forward from each of the 'big six'. Just enough left over to do a De Bruyne - Fernandes switch and upgrade a cheap defender to Ake depending on whether Foden/Ake/Greenwood get regular starts.

8-)

Wonder how many transfers we would have by now? Still 15 or inflation like TFF? 24?

Well, what a terrible team that was. I'd have used half my transfers by October. But there's always this year, and I'm going:

Martinez
Sanchez

Chilwell
Targett
Henry

Romero
Rudiger
White

Fernandes
Salah
Barnes
Ward-Prowse
Benrahma
Willock

Kane
Ings
Jiminez
Toney

The defence looks a bit iffy but I've still got 4 'big 6' and cheaper keepers are better value now. When a cheap forward emerges I'll bring them in and upgrade at the back or maybe bring Son into midfield if he takes over from Kane. That squad looks a winner. It's even got an Henry 8-)

I think I'd have done pretty well last time out. Some good scores from Maddison, Johnson, and Mitrovic early on, switch Mitro to Rashford when the goals dried up, Pope in for Mendy early allowing an upgrade of Aaronson. Think I'd have been a contender there. Let's just say I'd have won it.

Right, it's that time of year again and I'm going with....

Ederson
Vicario

White
Trippier
Estupinan

Saliba
Martinez
Konza

Saka
Maddison
Eze
Mitoma
Barnes
Diaby

Salah
Rashford
Jackson
Haaland

Looks like a winner...

:D

Nice looking squad, Art.

Doesn't look like you have a captain for the Forest/Sheffield Utd flange on Friday, but can't imagine many of their players are widely owned, so hopefully you'll get away with it.

Well done for winning last season. :)

Same. The day TFFO died was the day my interest in FF dwindled. TFF is dull by comparison.

Thanks, feel it was a long time coming and well deserved :D

I had Awoniyi initially but felt obliged to upgrade to Jackson with the extra money from the late Kane to Rashford, Fernades to Maddison change. I think with so many flanges and relatively few transfers you have to accept a few blank flanges, or blanges, over the season.

I should probably have spent less time on this and a bit more time on my Sun team but, even though it doesn't actually exist, this was still considerably more enjoyable.
