Simms lost a lot of my respect when he put Herbert above Burrow and Rodgers in his QB rankings. In saying that, I dont watch on .fridays when he isn't there.
Florio is hit and miss. Sometimes he has a little bit too much ego and "they hate us because we ask the questions nobody else asks". It's not that edgy. He knows about contracts and that kind of stuff and he's quite informative when there is legal chat which there seems to be a lot of.

They both own it. Simms isn't too smart and Florio is a bit of a narcissist but together they work and the show is awesome.

2 more than Brady for deflating his balls but would have been more if he did a Garrett and hit the women with his helmet. (Carry on style double entendres intended)

6 game suspension is an absolute joke. That disgusting, vile creature should never play in the NFL again. Right thinking people can only hope that Goodall sees sense and increases it (as he can do if he wants).

I'd be OK with it being increased to 16 Games this season.

He can play in the last game and ruin your #1 draft pick ;)

Florid was going on about more yesterday, implying an Appeal from the NFL.

I'd be surprised if they do' if there is a risk that it could go lower. Apparently the CBA includes a line about the Owners being held to higher standards than the players, which could well take it down to 4 or under....

There's no risk of it going lower as the NFL (ie Roger) is the judge and jury in the appeal process, so they're effectively just appealing to themselves to decide what they want.

Even if NFLPA takes it to a real court the arguments would probably just be around whether the proper procedures have been followed, and the NFLPA agreed in the CBA that the NFL gets the final say on what penalties are dished out.

The only real risk is if a proper court hearing could bring some owner stuff out into the open that they'd rather keep quiet.

NFL have appealed it. They're asking Goodall for a season long ban minimum. Even that feels a bit generous for a sexual predator such as this.

I wish I could find a way to watch the Detroit Lions Hard Knocks show in the UK....

Looks like i will have to wait till there on secondary sites.

If any of you like this show I have been slowly over last 6 years working my way through every season and posting links where to find episodes here:

Looks like TrubINTsky is in line for the starting gig in Pittsburgh ahead of Pickett-6 and the red-nosed (alleged) racist.

It's on Sky Sports if you've got access to that. Sky Sports Action 10pm tonight is the next showing, but it's repeated a lot over the next few days.

I’m happy to say it’s actually on NFL.com Game Pass - uploaded day after HBO broadcast it live in the USA. So just watched Episode 1 here:

https://www.nflgamepass.com/en/superbow ... ard-knocks

- just you will have to register for a free GP account I think to be able to view.

I am shocked you have never liked 'Hard Knocks' as a series. I personally think it's awesome and gets me pumped for the season. I would love to watch all of them but struggling to find links to streams for some - mainly the ones that was on TV over here (on C4) like Bengals 2013 I can't seem to find anywhere. I'm lucky to have seen some of the early ones on black sites (like Kansas City 2007) when I did, as the links no longer work.

I never got along with it. Watched a bit of one last year with the Cowboys and just found a lot of them like Elliott obnoxious.

I haven’t watched them consistently but the Raiders year was quite entertaining with Gruden trying to deal with Antonio Brown and his frostbite injuries and other nonsense.

I was surprised they dithered sufficiently to let him take the field. They'd fit right in at Man United with dereliction of duty on such a grand scale.

I was shocked as well. Mike Florio thinks its because they're trying to work out some sort of compromise solution. Maybe they could ban the sleaze for 3 years instead of life?

He is going to get fearful stick over this for the rest of his career. Jags fans definitely let him know about it
