More than 50 cases in the UK now… they’re confident this isn’t another Covid (seemingly doesn’t have the rapid spread potential of that or flu and similar) but not a great sign that this has jumped from West Africa to northern countries, when there’s plenty of nastier viruses around in that region that could potentially do the same.
Still has the potential to get a bit messy with the likes of festivals coming up over the summer, if they don’t manage to stamp it out quickly.
