FPL app
Is anyone else having issues with the phone app? I can sign in but it asks me to pick a team when I have already got one set up via laptop log in. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and that didn't fix it and have switched phone on and off.

Re: FPL app
My problem has now got worse. I now am unable to use the main site on my laptop. I am able to log in correctly but then when I try to play the game I get this message "Access to fantasy.premierleague.com was denied. You don't have authorisation to view this page.
HTTP ERROR 403".
I have closed the laptop down, cleared cache and rebooted to no avail.
I cannot contact FPL either as it isn't allowing me to the contact help page.
It is now getting desperate. Any one with any bright ideas please?

Re: FPL app
This email address support@mail.fantasy.premierleague.com appears in the fpl T&C page. It might be worth trying to contact them directly on that if you can't get through to them any other way.Neath boy wrote: ↑03 Aug 2022, 08:08 My problem has now got worse. Re: FPL app
Yes I have tried other browsers. I can't even access from the website on my iphone as it just gives a blank screen when I try to go to the game page.
Luckily the app is now currently working but is intermittent!
I have emailed that address supplied TT. Thanks.
I never had any issues before using 2 factor authentication and wonder if there is a link? I did try taking it off but that also didn't work.

Re: FPL app
Finally I have resolved it. It was due to VPN being enabled on my laptop. To access the site I have to disable the vpn connection. Don't know why but its a workaround by switching it off when access is needed.

Re: FPL app
Weird about the VPN, unless you were presenting as a country that has banned FPL for some reason?
I use a VPN inside the browser and that's been ok with the website. I can test it with NordVPN later if you want me to try anything?

Re: FPL app
Thanks. I am not great at IT but using Norton VPN so would assume its based in a non banned country? I have put the VPN back on and it seems to be ok now. Thanks for the offer.

Re: FPL app
I still have the issue of not being able to log into FPL website on laptop with VPN enabled. Fantasy Towers weren't able to help. Anyone with any idea how I resolve it? I can still access it by temporarily disabling VPN but it isn't ideal.
