With only 5 players the Draft idea is kinda strange, but they have to sort out the top pick somehow?

The last few high picks the Lakers from the post-Kobe era have had have been wasted or traded for superstars or let go to make cap space. The Laker way is to buy/trade their way to success or attract superstars like LeBron

Anyway, the Browns did once sit out three years (as they “sort of” became the Ravens…) I would say it didn’t do them any harm, but they’ve only made the play-offs twice in over 20 years since
