1866 (Liverpool block) - could make it with at least 2 CSs, maybe 3 needed
1851 (Eggcup) - faltered of late and only 1 transfer so not overly optimistic
1833 (Tenner) - in the cup final this week so needs a good weekend anyway. 167pts is a big ask. Cards up sleeve????

No transfers left in any of those, and with my best team having Ramsey, Kilman, Broja, it is far from a foregone conclusion it will make it.

As for my disintegrating Wolves block, no comment...

1866 1889 No CS and a poor performance of my Liverpool blokes except the 8 pt first goal.
1851 1912 Wow. 61 of the 149 points already. 831st in the weekly from 8 players! Still got KdB lurking and 3 other goalscorers which helped. Only Ramsdale tonight so need a Spurs flop night.
1833 1858 - not looking great in the Tenner Cup final so I think we can write this of in the 2k race.

Think up to 1000 teams could cross the line if the scoring is good. Think 1000th is about on 1884.

Half way update-

1866 + 86 = 1952 (Liverpool block) - got most of my points last week. Just 48 to go but too many Liverpool changes tonight means I'll be sweating.
1851 + 102 = 1953 (Eggcup) - nice. Just takes over as top team and with just 47 points it is well set but not enough midwee players mean another final day dash.
1833 (Tenner) + 75 = 1908 - screwed up the Tenner Cup final and can't see redemption here

287 teams have made it so far, 13 of them from the FISO league (roughly 1 in 12)

Liverpool block halved its gap in midweek (1952 1976). Now just 24 needed.
Eggcup team not quite as good (1953 1970). Now 30 needed but better odds as less reliant on a red CS.
Tenner team has probably failed as it needs a whopping 81.

Can hopefully do a Meatloaf (As in '2 out 3 Ain't Bad' not dying too soon)
