I tried to just have the one but it wouldn't let me actually create a poll, had to have a minimum 2 options. So I went for the comedy alternative

Note - Salah will blank at some point. If someone is brave enough, a lot of ground can be gained ( by different captain choice ). Unfortunately, I am neither brave nor in a possession of such a player ( I feel ) and as we saw this week, a lot can be lost by betting against world class in top form.

Put Cancelo up there, Ive decided to not captain Salah for the rest of the season.

He will no doubt fall flat on his face at some point ( probably win a penalty for it ) but still ....

Not as much ground that will be lost if he doesn't blank. Ive gone against Salah twice this season and both times lost out. Fortunately didnt make the mistake last week and ended up with a green arrow to the tune of 1m+ places.

Form is subject to a lot of changes as we all know and I doubt anyone can keep doing this out-of-this-world stuff week in week out for the remainder of the season. Chelsea have Newcastle in GW10 and are able to score a handful as we saw, some nice fixtures are coming up for Son / Kane as well where where they can gain form and the pinnacle is Norwich in GW15. It simply depends on what kind of manager are you, I said I'm not brave enough but I do think people will have massive gains when Salah blanks and 70% managers back him with captaincy. Potentially big enough to recover what they lost in GW9. IT's crazy betting against Salah all the time but choosing when to bet against him and who to bet on is the best part of the game imo.

Chelsea easily have the better fixture this week. If I knew where the goals were going to come from, I'd do it again and not captain Salah. I'm 99% sure I'll captain Salah, but 1% of me is thinking that this could be an opportunity to make up for some of last week's lost points.

Tiny Spiny captained Vardy last week instead and I've finally managed to overhaul him.

I'll be honest Ruth, I started this poll as a joke, but ironically it's been the only poll in the last 5 years where no one has complained there are too few or too many options, so I've left it up!

By way of comparison, the ffs poll has Salah on 72%, vardy next best on 5%.

Yeah it was a bit of fun really, if I do next week's it will be back to something more conventional. Best of luck with the Vardy pick!

There might be other options except for the fact that over in FPL towers they still think Salah is a midfielder.

When he hits form, it’s kinda game breaking.
