Scroll up and see that I think Wilder will win this weekend.plasticninja wrote: ↑07 Oct 2021, 23:39.blahblah wrote: ↑07 Oct 2021, 23:17Fury is a lot better than people thought when he started, but he's not been in the ring with anyone like Lewis or Tyson, let alone the greats from before.
So you are just dismissing Wilder,

Re: TYSON FURY VS. DEONTAY WILDER 3
Issue there is he went on to long and lost vs Tyson, Holyfield, McCall and I think Spinks.
He had the fighters to beat but couldn’t due to being past his best when he fought them.

Not his fault he was too old, and there were no real challengers when he was in his prime?

Fair enough, why do you think he will win though?, I am really curious.blahblah wrote: ↑07 Oct 2021, 23:44Scroll up and see that I think Wilder will win this weekend.plasticninja wrote: ↑07 Oct 2021, 23:39.blahblah wrote: ↑07 Oct 2021, 23:17Fury is a lot better than people thought when he started, but he's not been in the ring with anyone like Lewis or Tyson, let alone the greats from before.

I am putting my money on Wilder because I think he is overpriced and because of his his punching power and also because I admire his heart for stepping into the ring again with someone who has been the better boxer in both fights. You are either mad or you have a plan.

Wilder to win for the payout for the decider which Fury wins as he is the better boxer ..
Money talks and there is no next fight as (the over rated) Joshua lost.

Could well be, but who does Wilder fight next? Who does Fury have as his last fight?

And this strikes of someone who is arrogant, stupid and clueless.Ashers wrote: ↑07 Oct 2021, 19:10That strikes of someone who knows very little about boxing. Fury would have given most heavyweights of the past trouble.Bob Newhart wrote: ↑07 Oct 2021, 14:22 Fury is overrated, but probably the best of a mediocre bunch right now. I’d imagine Usyk will want the winner? Whether he’s big enough to take on Fury is questionable I guess.blahblah wrote: ↑08 Oct 2021, 01:17Could well be, but who does Wilder fight next? Who does Fury have as his last fight?

Next fight should be Whyte to defence WBC or he is likely to lose the belt.
I think Usyk also needs to fight Joyce.

Looking forward to this fight later, but do I really want to pay £24.99 for one fight when I won’t watch the undercard due to the time of the fight?
Looks like I need to find a stream.

Who’s going to stay up until that time here anyway? They could at least have slightly UK-friendly start times for British boxers…

It surely wouldn’t be that difficult to not have it literally in the middle of the night UK time, and that goes for all Vegas fights involving a British big name. They’re losing half their audience.

Great fight! You have got to hand to Fury, the guy gets stronger the harder he gets hit. Same problem for Wilder, no defence against the right hook.

Re: TYSON FURY VS. DEONTAY WILDER 3
Worth getting up at 4am to watch and Wilder has probably done himself more good in that fight with the heart he showed.
Shame he was an idiot at the end, but he would probably beat most other heavyweights.
What next for Tyson Fury though?
Probably a home coming fight vs Whyte and then retirement.

Not sure if there is anyone else out there who would trouble him. Depends if Usyk thinks the size difference is insurmountable.

Re: TYSON FURY VS. DEONTAY WILDER 3
You'd think Wilder would wear the same soft(purportedly almost bare knuckle) horse hair gloves as Fury as he was mentioning it pre fight. They say you need strong knuckles to use them which may be the reason. Should perhaps be a standard glove design across the divisions.
