CR7 + Lukaku

There is a big hype for CR7 and Lukaku - but barely any mention of Kane. I am playing my WC this gw and I am considering Salah, CR7 and Kane ... it will allow me to downgrade to Lukaku at a later stage, if he turns out to be the better option.
