Transfers not going through

Hi, has anyone noticed that some of their teams transfers haven’t processed and they are not reversible? Some of my teams have worked but others haven’t. For e.g I’ve shipped El Ghazi out of all my teams but he is still showing up in some and when you go to transfers screen it clearly shows I’ve transferred him out but the transfers are irreversible so I cannot do anything. All the other teams where the transfer has gone through are irreversible….

See above Tanganga,Ronaldo and Benrahma not gone through but Maguire has

Did you do it through the app or the website?

Ive done some of mine this morning through the website (i'm a simple guy with simple needs so don't use the app) & they've all gone through okay.

Maybe reverse them (if you use the app??) & then try them via the website.....might work

If you reverse the Maguire swap and confirm it, does the others then become available to swap? I had that issue in the past and doing one reverse at a time seemed to work. What a stupid app

Nope tried that, still can’t reverse when you’ve done the Maguire reverse. It’s quite ridiculous

Any get on website as only have phone - everytime I try to get on the browser it automatically puts me on app

I only use my phone (for all things internet)....what about if you delete the app from yr phone,then its got nothing to redirect too??

You can always put the app back on after.

Yeah I just did that and still won’t let me. Will upload a pic so you can see what it’s says - there is a problem transferring El Ghazi to Benrahma (major glitch)

Strange,as its not a formation change stopping you making the transfer....really don't know what to suggest now bud.

Thought deleting the app,then going to google,typing in sun dream team (which would then put you on the website) & going from there might have helped/worked??

Did you uninstall app or just delete it?
Go to your settings/check Apps & see if SDT app is still showing,other than that
try and delete Cache & Cookies then just use browser for accessing game if you get it sorted.

Did you do it around 7am when perhaps transfers were getting locked in?

No did all the transfers in the week can’t remember what time but not early morning. I’ve emailed sdt and still waiting for reply. Probably won’t get back to me until after the Spurs game has started yeah I deleted the app completely also so haven’t got a clue what’s going on. Just hoping when the games commence they actually change to who I wanted even though I should be able to reverse them. Good job I don’t want to reverse them and none of the players I have bought/tried to get in are injured really.

Then I think what's happened is they've locked on Friday morning. i.e. even though there are no price changes a lock still happens?

Worst game ever, I’m not too bothered about the transfers not being able to be reversed because I wanted the players out anyway but I should at least have the players I transferred in but I haven’t Even though it’s been took out my allowance. Unbelievable

So why isn’t Benrahma, Ronaldo and Tanganga in my team? Granted Van Dijk and Jota still haven’t played so it could change then but I doubt it because it doesn’t explain why El Ghazi to Benrahma still hasn’t gone through

No in the rules it clearly states there will be no lockout in weeks where no one plays and that is true because 6 of my teams the transfers didn’t lock.

Emasiled support and after sending two emails got a response so fair play to them. they are looking into it further and acknowledge the fault. Also said they would get back to me when its resolved, if at all they can resolve This was yesterday, so we'll see...... I'm 10 points down on my best team so far this week so i hope they can sort it.

Well it is sdt & we all know how on the ball they areso wouldn't rely on anything they say tbh....but fingers crossed for you bud.
