Re: MUST HAVES
TAA (liv) set and forget, barring injury
3 of the 4 at different times in the season
Ronaldo(Man U) salah(liv) lukaku(che) Kane(tot)
That's as far as I've got with must haves

Excluding Nightowls picks, I'd also include Bruno (depends how much Ronaldo takes away), KDB (when fit) and GrealishWalsalltommy wrote: ↑08 Sep 2021, 09:20 Seasons underway now. Who do we consider as must haves in all positions now. So many options this year,Ive never been more confused lol

Re: MUST HAVES
Early days yet,but don't see Bruno as a must have anymore. (not at the current price anyway)
I think now Ronaldo is there, probably taking free kicks & pens, plus all the potential starmen is really goung to eat into Bruno's pts potential over the season by at least 100pts.

I reckon Trent, Salah, Lukaku and KDB once fit are must haves. I’m hoping Ronaldo blanks for the first few games then pick him up for around 7m.

Re: MUST HAVES
I also think Traore could be a must have. 3/5 games he’s had Star Man already. 4/5 games 7 rating - no goals or assists either.
No idea why he scores so high in DT?

Re: MUST HAVES
Traore is a great shout, the game he didn’t get a rating was due to coming on for about 6 minutes in the cup game. If he ever starts scoring/assisting he’ll be the best player In the game.

Re: MUST HAVES
Regarding Traore, his stats are even better than 3/5 man of matches. He actually got whoscored's man of the match in the Man Utd game too, but as often seems to happen, Dreamteam reported something different at the end of the match: https://www.whoscored.com/Matches/15495 ... ter-United
And yes, I did bring him in, so I hope it continues...

Re: MUST HAVES
Hard to see past a front 3 of Halaand, Kane, Salah (prices permitting), though I’m sure there will be plenty taking a punt on Nunez.
defence for me would be Cancelo, TAA and then maybe 2 spurs defenders (that will hopefully be cheaper) as I can see Conte keeping them tight.
Midfield is where I can see a lot of variation happening. KDB is the obvious pick, but no one else really stands out too me.

Re: MUST HAVES
Persic (tot) if classed as defender, will surely rival the likes of Trent and cancelo if that’s the case

Re: MUST HAVES
It's really hard to see past creating a team just from Liverpool, City & Spurs players and maybe a couple of Arsenal ones if they are cheap. I guess it just depends how easy they make it to create what on paper looks a really strong team.

Re: MUST HAVES
I’ll certainly be keeping an eye on him, but I do wonder where he fits in this Spurs team, especially if they get Richarlison. Does he play wing back? That’s a big ask for someone at his age coming into the PL.

Old traditions die hard. Still funny though!
Just need someone to ask whether the qualifying for europa counts for points….

All we need now is someone to say the game was better when you could only have two/three players from each club
