Very undecided at the moment. But tempted to go with Bruno.

Re: DGW26 Captain
Son nor Kane no longer appeal for me here.
Spurs’ poor form and the reputation of Burnley’s and Fulham’s stubbornness discourages me.
A Leicester player is a safer bet for me so possibly Vardy or maybe take a chance on Maddison if he’s fit or Barnes if not.

Re: DGW26 Captain
I had pencilled in this game week for Kane triple captain. But Spurs look a mess. They have lost 4 out of their last 5 games and Jose looks like he's moving into reputation management mode.
Still undecided. Don't yet have Kane.

Re: DGW26 Captain
I'll be triple captaining someone. Kane, Bruno or DCL.
For now it's on Kane. I think he was unlucky at the weekend and as poor as Spurs look generally, he still looks good.
With Spurs, its all about whether they can score first - very similar with Leicester. If the opposition scores first, it becomes a slog.

Re: DGW26 Captain
I don't have him (yet), but feel Kane is the best bet. Since he came back he's scored against WBA (could've had more), blanked away at City (the league's hardest fixture), and blanked away at West Ham (a good side, but still could've had a hatful). It'd be exactly like Kane to put up those kinds of performances/numbers and then fill his boots against a more obliging run of Burnley, Fulham, Palace, Arsenal.
Posted in the STC about how I'm leaning towards leaving him given my team structure/shape, but captaincy is what makes him tempting. Feel like Salah or Bruno could both score big this week, but hard to say with enough confidence to use the TC? If I don't use TC this week, then unsure when would be better - City with another nice double next week, so Gundo is an option, or KDB in for Bruno, but both have caveats over minutes & fitness.

Can't afford Kane...Son (TC), currently Gundogan (V), possibly Bruno.

I think Kane's the smart bet, but two City home games and I'm tempted by Gündoğan. There are too many options.

The obvious pick. Can't believe no one else has suggested him, or has been carrying him in their squad for the past 20 weeks.

Currently on Ricky (that 1 vote is mine!) However if I go Kane is treble time.
As a lot of earlier posters, the fixtures are great but the form is off the cliff. Tough choice.....

Re: DGW26 Captain
Over the last few weeks, the combo of Kane/Son was always on my mind with a tc on one of them.
Now I am toying with the idea of leaving out Son and bringing Vardy in instead, possibly even tc him. Arsenal looked so poor playing City, and they are one of Vardy's favourite opponents. And why should he not also score one at Burnley? But I am still undecided.

Re: DGW26 Captain
I have the money for Bamford or Ings to Vardy or Ings to Kane, who ever I get in will get the TC. Favouring Vardy atm but have not decided on who to boot out, Ings or Bamford

Re: DGW26 Captain
I'd be booting Ings, yes he has a double but 1 game is vs City and he has no gw29 fixture so has the same amount of fixtures as Bambam really. Plus he's more expensive, Saints are playing shite while Bamford and Leeds are scoring consistently.

Re: DGW26 Captain
I'd be bringing in Vardy instead of Kane if I knew that he's going to play twice, but with some recent injuries and only 72h between Arsenal and Burnley, I have a feeling Rodgers might start Iheanacho in the second gameLucky wrote: ↑23 Feb 2021, 22:04 Over the last few weeks, the combo of Kane/Son was always on my mind with a tc on one of them.

Might triple captain Mo Salah. Or DCL. Salah just seems safer...and oddly a bit of a differential. The top scorer against the team bottom of the league...interesting.

Re: DGW26 Captain
Currently Salah (c) and DCL (vc), really not sure, and if I bring in Kane it could change again.
I like the fact that Salah has the easier game first, and then the 2nd game isn't until the Thursday which is an extra days rest to Bruno (another option).
