Thanks, think I got lucky there.

Don't usually like swapping keepers, but suddenly realised I didn't have enough spare cash to get Salah back in when I need him, so had to downgrade somewhere. Might be another transfer waiting to happen once Dubravka's back, but he'll do for now.

All very tight at the top, I think the closest FISO ISO league I can remember, with 6 teams all within 15 points of each other part-way through the current game week, and others only just behind. Looks like a lot of similarity across the midfield picks in particular still.

In the spirit of fairness...it seems like captain choices have been wiped due to them removing the Villa v Newcastle game.

Double check your captains and make sure they are set.

Quite a few different viable captain options this week, with two or three on Sunday in particular. Difficult enough choice as it is, without the armband being left on the wrong guy all weekend, so thanks for the warning.

I'm getting game temp unavailable until we make some changes. Hopefully they're reinstating captain choices as that's a piss take if they just wipe everyone's and expect them to know!

Unforunately, they left it until less than 7 hours before the scheduled kick off on Friday to change it, despite the match being postponed on Tuesday!!

Finally managed to get back online with FISO, having been locked out for 2 odd months.

Could try and use it an excuse for my teams poor recent performance, but no, not really been focussed.

Welcome back old son, seconds away from an inspired captain yesterday.

Fantastic to see Auba finally get back on the score sheet today.

Captain Salah. Go to pharmacy to pick up prescription for elderly relative and a couple of others in care home. Get back. Discover Salah been rotated. It's surely about time that Sky introduced a vice-captain option so that managers have to be available in the hour before kick off to switch captains. Sour grapes, yes, but it would certainly make things easier if you have a lot of other stuff going on!

Well at least I've got a bit less unlucky and Salah is on for half an hour or so, but the point stands. (Unless Liverpool make it 0-7, with a late Salah hattrick, in which case it's a very good idea not to have vice-captains.)

Congrats to Bman, top @ Christmas🎅.

Congrats to NM for managing to beat Bman 4-3 in a fantastic pre Xmas transfer burn off😜

Congrats to everyone else for being be below me😜

Badinage aside id genuinely like thank everyone for playing and sticking with it, absolutely unprecedented to have everyone still active at this stage in what promises to be the closest and most unpredictable iso season in a long time.

Merry Christmas everyone😀.

Hear hear. Unbelievably tough times, but this is such a welcome distraction.

Yep I had some overdue housekeeping in my team after some patient weeks, and a run of really boring scores from some. I’ll take 143 v 112 in the weekly burn off 😁

From 5th to 1st in the tightest tenner league ever too, that doesn’t happen often!

Yep, one of those where I can repent at leisure. It all seemed reasonable, but revolved around wanting Kane in. Lowton a couple of minutes off getting a clean sheet. Doh. Could easily have gone the other way. In previous seasons I've sat tight, while others motored ahead with transfers. This season remains unusually unpredictable though. Lucky I had the luxury of the points gap from my earlier expert management.

Currently wallowing in mid table obscurity. But from here I wish everyone a merry Christmas despite everything. As others have said, this is a very useful distraction and I'm grateful for the company.

Great score, well played. The closest I came to a 143 last week was the formation of fit players I ended up with.

Think I've been in all five positions in the Tenner League at one point or another, so looking forward to seeing how this plays out.

Hope everyone on here has a great Christmas. :)

Ouch 😬

I got fed up with him last week, happy so far with the Martinez switch. That’s 8 weeks in a row now Rui’s not scored above 2.

Ruing Bamfords measly haul and lack of Dallas

Yeah its painful, no save points, yet no clean sheets while everyone else is scoring :( .

See we went for the same punt earlier, surprised to see you ditch Zouma though.

Sure he’ll come back  I figured I can do without him till mid Jan and Chelsea only play City in that time. I would’ve ditched for Podence, but he had a few extra games plus an armband on the horizon.

Felt it’s worth an extra transfer and happy with Holdings 9 points for starters. Just hope he keeps his place.

More Covid curveballs later. Sure it won’t be the last, time to save transfers I reckon 😬
