I don't for a moment think when the league resumes, that the Sun will revert to the transfers left, as they were in back in early March.

Just felt is was wrong to continue giving out transfers on a monthly basis on something that may not happen for some time.

Maybe they felt they were keeping stimulus in the game but I doubt it.

I doubt it even crossed there minds to stop transfers, clearly the sensible thing was to to freeze the game but we know dreamteam dont do sensible

For the avoidance of doubt, this league runs based on the Sun game so will payout based on their new end of season date on 1st August.

Top looks sewn up but still all to play for below that to claim the prize money. As ever, the bank of CBN will pay out within hours of the final whistle so winners will be paid next Saturday evening.

Reminder of prize money:

1st = £3,200
2nd = £800
3rd = £400
4th = Entry for next season (£200)

I'll pay fourth out as cash as not 100% sure we'll have enough interest to run this again next year and someone else might want to take a turn running it!

Battle for 4th looks tightest.....

Having to hand over the green jacket to dot leaves a sour taste though....

Cheers. I was gonna enter the' 50 quid 10 team league' at the last moment but left it. Would have cleaned up both leagues but you would have beaten me by 1 point in the overall.

Well played you too.

i'll probably be in - so long as we get a reasonable number....

don't mind running it on condition that people get payments and teams into leagues early......cant be doing with last minute tw@ting about....like to be doing that with my teams

Start a new thread then Yorkshire and see what interest arises. If it’s a goer you take the funds I’ll do a monthly update, as we never had any updates last year after August.

Even if you only had 10 entrants would still be

1st 1000
2nd 600
3rd 400

Reckon anyone who entered would fancy their chances of picking up a profit

If not many enter, how about £250/£300 for the entry fee?

sounds interesting, only worth it if it's winner takes all, forget prizes for 2nd and 3rd, it is called big balls after all.
