Source? I saw he came off after 70 mins against West Ham as he wasn't having the best game. Any more to it that this?

Spurs have signed Gedson Fernandes on loan for 18 months with an option to buy. My first thoughts are that they already have Sessegnon who is preferable for me and only need Fernandes if they are getting rid of any dead wood from the squad.
Anyone any thoughts on this? I have thought about Sessegnon for my squad and would like to stick to that choice.

Not sure how Sessegnon is comparable with Fernandes in a footballing sense? Spurs are a no go for me for the foreseeable in FPL terms

Only to free up funds for a better third striker than I have now (Connolly). Either that or don't have a clue how to improve that striker.

It is only in case both are given a role in similar position on left or in the middle of the team and of course Sessegnon has the PL experience. Simple thought nothing more.

Traore now subbed after also struggling with an injury.

With a midweek set of fixtures it is not the best time for minor knocks, so the Rashford 'injury' is not good news. Looked like he jarred his back going down.

Traore has also picked up a knock (and been substituted) for those who are interested.

wrt Lundstram - I will only believe these rumours when it actually happens.

Having said that if Rashford and Lundstram are both benched at the weekend my team will begin to look a bit stretched (I've already had to take Fabianski out)

Indeed. I brought in Kolasinac last week now he's injured. At least I'm on my own with that one!

I thought Wolves looked tired tonight and now Vinagre has tweaked his hamstring in the final moments of the match.

There was a lot of chat on Sheffield United forums before the season started about how there was no chance lundstram keeps his place in the team.....look where we are now.

Having said that, I wasn't aware of contract issues. Wilder got Duffy out his club as soon as that went south so if there is a problem I wouldn't be surprised to see Lundy fall out of favour quickly. It's not something to kneejerk on, but certainly a situation to monitor. The good thing is Sheffield United have 2 dreadful fixtures now so gives us time to sort it out if something does happen.

Agree on wolves btw, watched this match and they looked tired. Bodes well for McCarthy owners. I wouldn't be surprised if wolves prioritise the Europa League now. It's new and exciting for them whereas in the league I think CL qualification is beyond them, and they're safe from relegation of course.

I know he has contract "issues", but has he been playing that badly?

Have Lundstram in my starting 11 together with Maitland-Niles. 0-0 would be ideal FPL wise, but I wouldn't mind if Arsenal smash them 5-0 :D.
Traoré and Dendoncker on the bench, currently in that order.
