Re: GAME WEEK 20-IN-PLAY
Totally takes the biscuit.
Traore's rating was the only one that didn't go down when Utd scored.
Three of his last starmen have been in games which he has lost, and one
drawn.
His rating went up 0.2 when he ran out of energy and was static for a minute just before he went off.
It's good doing lots of fancy tricks and running past people, but he clearly didn't control the game and
didn't do anything world class, whereas Mata makes a world class finish winning the game for UTD.
Stinks of rigging.

I'd rather see players deserve their ratings,
Instead of reverting back to the days of sun favourites.

Re: GAME WEEK 20-IN-PLAY
'Whoscored' should change their name to 'Traorescored' even though he doesn't. I wouldn't mind so much if they won the game or even if assisted or scored!! but he didn't!

Re: GAME WEEK 20-IN-PLAY
This has gone on now for many weeks with Traore , many games where he was nowhere near being the best player on the field.
Just don’t get why everyone is complaining , the obvious thing to have done was to just put him in your team when it became obvious his style of play was scoring big on who scored .

Re: GAME WEEK 20-IN-PLAY
Have too agree with the above, we have seen it before with certain players over the last few seasons. I had to bite the bullet myself last week and bring him in just because it was others had him and it was hurting me.
Moaning about it wont help, sometimes u just have to go with the flow

Re: GAME WEEK 20-IN-PLAY
I have to moan, as I brought him in before everyone else and took him out on the day he scored two against city in a Liverpool block.
So everytime he scored even 3 points , I have a fit, so when he gets staman for a million dribbles and still loses the game.
I go proper eppy.

Re: GAME WEEK 20-IN-PLAY
Wow, theres more to life than having regrets about a player you had for 1 game back in october.
I think you need to let it go and just accept it, besides there has been nothing stopping you bringing him back in!

There is more to life! mate, but I just thought I'd mentiom it , as there couldn't have been many that took him out on the day he scored a brace against City.
I am over it, I just hate him.

Re: GAME WEEK 20-IN-PLAY
It shows the flaw with whoscored and the ratings system when a player who basically does nothing a whole game can get starman. I dont know why dribbles score so highly when its usually out wide and generates few opportunities or goals.
Regardless hes a must have. Guaranteed minimum 3 every single game even if he only plays half an hour like against liverpool.
Makes the game abit boring but it's free so cant complain too much.

Re: GAME WEEK 20-IN-PLAY
I must have watched a different game. He continually ran and beat people with dribbles and supplying several decent crosses, i think one of which resulted in a goal overturned by Var.
He gave AWB a 5 yard start on once occasion beating him and crossing yet again.
hecontinually picked up the ball in midfield passing several United players and laying it off to an attacking Neto or Doherty
Don't recall him losing the ball much and was a continual outlet to start off attacks for Wolves.
He waltzed past every united player at will ( as he does with all premiership players ) and I don't think anyone else in this game merited MOTM more. Williams being the only player to come near him in performance, but seeing as he waltzed past him too then Traore was the correct call. It's not to say he hasn't been over generously marked but if the likes of Van Dijk are going to struggle to even get a 7 with a clean sheet until about the 80th minute after making a 100 or so non eventual passes I can at least on this occasion, see where they are coming from.
I cant think of more than a handful of players that dribble and waltz past players in the premiership every game. It seems obvious Whoscored rate this a lot higher than anything else bar goals and assists.
Funnily enough the only players that spring to my mind that are effective every game with this style of play are
Sterling
Mane
Mahrez
Traore
all of whom are in the top 10 scoring players in the Sun game

Re: GAME WEEK 20-IN-PLAY
Yeah but how often do those 4 players get starman without a goal or assist when on the losing team?
I have him in my best team and in some mini leagues I'm the only one around the top has him so I'm happy enough. It's just sometimes strange that someone who hasnt had a meaningful contribution on a losing side picks up starman so often.
