League cup games to be played midweek but who is your early contender for the arm band? Re-voting enabled so you change your mind if anyone gets a knock during the week. KDB (C) D Silva(VC) for me.

I’m on sterling (c) and Salah (vc) atm. May change depending on who plays midweek and if Salah recovers in time.

I picked KDB over Sterling (and Vardy!) last week because he was the majority favourite.

This time I'm picking Sterling no matter what the vote suggests buuuut I am also wary of Southampton trying to bounce back from the 0-9. At least we have the league cup game to see if they can do anything about that.

Depends on what happens midweek but right now it's on Sterling, hopefully he sits out the EFL cup game.

They may well try, but I fear they will be severely handicapped by their inherent and crippling rubbishness.

I have Sterling but im actually tempted to TC KDB, he has had 3 double digit returns at home so far this season and just really fancy him to do something against a team that are conceding goals for fun.

He good for a goal or 2 and his assist ability is amazing.

Ive always waited for the double game weeks the last couple of seasons and not managed to get it right, where as really feel this could be another 5-6 nil win.

Someone please talk me out if it 🤦🏼‍♂️🤣

I think Liverpool should have a double week in December with the world club cup so my thoughts are to consider TC then but not sure yet.

Switched to Salah captain as I need to make some ground up and he’s due a big week at some point. I may bottle it tomorrow morning but seems an okay week to take a risk as Villa’s defence is so poor.

I'm giving Aguero one last chance. I'm going in with eyes wide open. Sterling could haul and Aguero could have a one point cameo, but I'd need a -8 to get Sterling in and that doesn't feel worth it. Pep said earlier in the season that he's trying to give all his players time in the Champions League. I'm hoping that it's Jesus's turn in midweek, and therefore Aguero gets the start in the league. Do we really think that Aguero will be benched for three league games in a row?

Would definitely be Sterling if I had him, but I don’t, so it’s

KdB (C), Dilva (VC)

For me

Another risky week for playing Aguero etc as you never know what Pep will do, especially ahead of Champions League duties. I’ve captained Aguero again but have a horrible feeling Pep may rest some of his key players, or cameo them at best, given even a second string Citeh side should have more than enough to see off Southampton. It’s last chance saloon for Aguero for me, with De Bruyne VC.

Going to stop rushing and hold the TC for the DGW, even though i expect a man city 5-0 win i also like the idea of TC on a captain that gets double hat trick in in the DGW 👀

Didn't Kane does this once last season ?, not in same gameweek but 2 weeks in a row ?
