The stats are dark and full of errors.

Does look an easy choice for which ever one of Sterling or Aguero that you own.

Aguero, if I bring him in on wildcard which is looking extremely likely!

Re: Gameweek4 captain
Has anyone given any thought to Sterling as triple captain this week?
Do we have any idea on the potential DGW/BGW landscape yet?
Just thinking about single week opponents I like City at home against:
Norwich
West Ham
Bournemouth
Newcastle (could Park the bus)
Brighton (won’t Park the bus)
I don’t think I’ll do it but we know Sterling is bang in form right now and scoring well.
The reason I don’t think I’ll do it as I prefer other fixtures and I also think Sterling will be Sterling all season, and of course there could be a good DGW opportunity.
But with the way Brighton want to play under Potter, and with a team are still somewhat in transition, and the type of pace player Sterling is and in form and at home, I do quite like this fixture.

Re: Gameweek4 captain
That makes perfect sense, I'm considering the same with Aguero but perhaps the Norwich game might be a better option. Not sure though if Jesus is fit again when that game comes around..

Re: Gameweek4 captain
If Grant Hanley is still playing at CB for us (Norwich) this is a very good shout, but we do have a couple of defenders (Klose, Zimmermann) getting close to fitness who may make us a little less porous. We will, however, concede a fair few this season and I fear that the pace and movement of Man City, like Liverpool on day 1, will be far too much for us..From4corners wrote: ↑26 Aug 2019, 15:41 That makes perfect sense, I'm considering the same with Aguero but perhaps the Norwich game might be a better option. If I had Aguero, probably captain him but most likely Sterling.

Sterling (Salah).
The 'other one' has outscored the captain choice all three weeks so far, so let's continue the roulette.

Re: Gameweek4 captain
Just looked and City v Norwich is the last game of the season. Title could be wrapped up by then.ChrisD wrote:If Grant Hanley is still playing at CB for us (Norwich) this is a very good shout, but we do have a couple of defenders (Klose, Zimmermann) getting close to fitness who may make us a little less porous. City home to Newcastle and Bournemouth are also very late on and both could be in a relegation battle.
City West Ham at home is 8th Feb and that could be good but then there is Champs league.
City Sheffield is 28th December and this Christmas period has proven difficult in the past - dropped points/rotation.
City Southampton 2nd Nov and there is also champs league.
City Villa 26th Oct (champs league)
Norwich (away) City 14th Sep could be good but is away and champs league.
Of course there is Captain Salah and other TC options based on form/fixtures/doubles but I like Sterling now because he is in form. I’ve waited a few times for the perfect plum fixture(s) which didn’t pan out because the doubles didn’t fall as expected/rotation with fixture congestion/player completely out of form/injuries.
Does anyone have an idea of the DGW/BGW landscape? Stem? Blah? Very grateful for your expertise. I know you won’t know for sure but any idea of potential doubles? Especially for City/Liverpool?

Aguero as I don't have Sterling.
Might have to review that position shortly though if he carries on.

Re: Gameweek4 captain
For those considering using triple captain be aware Liverpool are expected to have an extra double game week. The GW18 West Ham fixture will be slotted in somewhere which has been postponed due to Liverpool's participation in the World Club Championship in December. So potentially Salah could be a good option then.
Sterling this week for me. Wonder how long it will be before we start considering Pukki.

Sterling (C)
Mane (VC)
unless Kane drops further and I get Agüero in.
