It's Martial who I view as the big winner from today. Lukaku gone and no replacement signed. Is he really going to start the season as essentially the OOP striker for United?

Hasn't he technically been OOP for years in the real world? Pretty sure he's meant to be a striker and wants it.

Which if anything makes him a more attractive FPL asset because he's genuinely a striker!

I watched Rennes a few times in Ligue 1 and Europe and he was by far their best player. He was the most fouled player in the league too. Wonder if that makes Watford's pen taker more worthy of a place.

I'm really tempted by Martial.

It would mean dropping Siggy though and I feel good about the Everton attack this year!

As a United fan, I wouldn't have a huge amount of faith in Martial. Over the course of the season, maybe, but I don't expect him to make hay in the first few tricky games.

I had Fraser until today, I've just moved him to Siggy instead.

Putting it here , maybe Ceballos can count as an "6,0" midfielder.

I can see that 392 000 ppl have moved Ceballos into there team and half that 192 000 transfer in for Mount as per 21/8 before GW3.

Fixture wise Mount has nor, SHU next two - Ceballos has liv, TOT
Mount has played 180 min so far, vs Ceballos 108 min
Mount has 12 points so far vs Ceballos 12 p
Both are on corners
Both "know" there coach, even if Mount should be a bit more nailed as hes Frank L.s "little pet" from Derby.
Both are almost the same age
Alot of PPL doing WC and can choose how the other team will look like
Its easier to move FROM 6,1 (Mount) -> to 5,6 ( then the other way around, after a WC).

So WHY do ppl move in Ceballos instead of Mount? at a rate almost 50% transfer ins.
What exactly making Ceballos that more attractive? Is it just the price difference of 0,5 ? Is Ceballos"more nailed" than Mount?

Could Ceballos be a "expensive M5" and people thinking of Mount more like a "cheap M4" ?
Are we excepting more points long term from Ceballos?

Please advice me :) whos the best pick atm?

How do people rate McGinn v Mount (and Ceballos)?

I've been hugely impressed by McGinn looks a class act and clearly the best player Villa have.

Mount and Ceballos are playing in better teams but both have far more competition for their place than McGinn does.

Probably will wait on Ceballos at least until Liverpool & Spurs are out of the way, so really just McGinn v Mount.

Reading the Chelsea forums and they are not convinced Mount will start every week and he has tired in both games (although wasn't subbed), McGinn is nailed and the fixtures are similar to Chelsea although all games will be harder for Villa because they are not as strong as Chelsea.

Is Mount worth the extra over McGinn?

I am looking at exactly these 3 for the M4 slot. I also like Mouthino at Wolves. Taking any of the cheaper options allows TAA over VVD whereas Mount forces VVD.

It is a tough one.

I look at Cellabos and McGinn’s previous attacking prowess and it just doesn’t seem that appealing whereas Mount feels the more attacking option of the 3. Mouthino and McGinn most nailed.

I'd go McGinn of the three, you don't want these lesser players getting dropped. But in fact I'd go Luiz or Dendoncker and spend the cash elsewhere (now or later).

yes it is a tough one.

The advantage of Mount is that as he's the most expensive he can easily be switched to one of the other two if they catch fire or he doesn't perform, but you can't easily go the other way if Mount becomes nailed and starts scoring heavy.

I'm fairly sure of ruling out Cellabos for the time being, two horrible GW's and we have to see what happens when Ozil is back, plus Emery can be a nightmare for shuffling his players round.

I agree Mount looks the most attacking but for me the whole Chelsea team is still in a state of flux and it's not yet certain who FL will pick each week and how they line up. Also two very tough games in 5/6.

Mount feels like the one who will most likely haul but I think Mcginn looks like a steady pick until GW10 until his fixtures turn.

Ive gone with Mount AS I expect him to be a safer starter combined with Chelseas Nice next 2 fixtures.
Ideal would be Ceballos from GW5 if he starts regular. Hes a better player and plays for a better team then McGinn

I agree, good contribution in limited time. Although I have to say that Everton look like they are out of ideas in attack.

Gbamin, Iwobi and Kean getting regular minutes should help them

Delph with his experience from Man City will be a good addition as well when he gets his fitness up to scratch.

Home to Spurs isn't a bad fixture really for Arsenal. I mean, it could obviously be better but it wouldn't put me off Ceballos.
