Re: TFF 19/20 - Player List
What I've come up with at first glance...
Ederson
Trent
Mendy (assuming he will be first choice)
Robertson
Targett
Sigurdson
Sterling
B silva
Redmond
Delofeou
Wilson
Its gonna be tricky this season but I think the best value is still defence considering Robertson and aguero got similar points. Redmond is worth a look, did nothing for the first 13 games last season then scored a hefty 123 in the following 27 games. Wilson also got a lot of points considering he only played 30 games. At least all the teams will vary a lot.

Tbh I wondered if it was affordable.jimborogers wrote: β08 Jul 2019, 19:38Thanks for the useful criticism finished top 1000 as a single entrant three seasons running so
I haven't looked at fixtures but there are only 3 I'd tweak (Targett, Ziggy and Redmond)

Re: TFF 19/20 - Player List
Yh i haven't looked properly but looking into it I don't think I'll be going for a villa defender. Maybe tweak elsewhere to afford a decent defender. Gonna stick with ziggy because he's safe and might as well take a punt on Redmond and see who shows themselves.blahblah wrote: β08 Jul 2019, 19:42Tbh I wondered if it was affordable.jimborogers wrote: β08 Jul 2019, 19:38Thanks for the useful criticism finished top 1000 as a single entrant three seasons running so

Re: TFF 19/20 - Player List
I prefer streaky Rich to Ziggy, but would move that cash to the defence and see who I could get for that and Redmond (I have a certain hatred of players that miss open goals when in the 6 yard box when in my FF teams )

Have they introduced the 5-4-1 formation then?Rickymillington wrote: β08 Jul 2019, 20:00 My first draft. Alison. Robertson. Taa. Zinchenko. Chilwell. Mings. Salah. Stirling. Hudson odi. El gahzi. Aguero.

Wilson looks a very appealing pick to me, and Vardy finished the season like a train under Rodgers...
Tempted to go for them up front.

Anyone tempted by pukki? 29 goals last season and about 8 assists for Norwich. Not even on pens either.

Re: TFF 19/20 - Player List
Not sure any of the top 3 priced strikers are must haves. They may become so they may not but based on last season they were all hit and miss. Mid priced strikers look the way to go and plenty of choice.Themonkey thatstolexmas wrote:Wilson looks a very appealing pick to me, and Vardy finished the season like a train under Rodgers...

Re: TFF 19/20 - Player List
Aguero hit the woodwork 8 times, which is the most in the league, but not a crazy amount, so even a handful of them going in doesn't really change the lay of the land too much, and with missing an important penalty at the end of the season, and having a pretty poor record on them in general, I wouldn't be surprised if others are ahead of him in pecking order there.happyhoppy wrote: β09 Jul 2019, 08:40Not sure any of the top 3 priced strikers are must haves. Worth noting that jota and delefeou have been reclassified as strikers in fpl, and had a great second half of the season. I think jota got the same points as jiminez.

Pukki good shout. I finished 3rd in championship game last season so I watched alot of Norwich and pukki. Hes key to there play in and around the box. And seeing Norwich play they will score goals

Re: TFF 19/20 - Player List
Some promoted teams start well before fading whereas some of their players do the opposite (Jota). Hard to know where to gamble.Rickymillington wrote:Pukki good shout. Re: TFF 19/20 - Player List
But if going 451 (or even 442, 532) it is then hard to bring in an on fire premium striker.happyhoppy wrote:Not sure any of the top 3 priced strikers are must haves. Re: TFF 19/20 - Player List
If you've got Salah Sterling and a formation that suits you can always rotate one of them with a striker.
That said my very first draft was a 451 with Kane up front.

Set up my spreadsheet for the new season and left the players in that I finished with. My Tenners team is now 61.1!

Looking like Harry Maguire to United for Β£80M and Lewis Dunk to Leicester for Β£45M deals almost done.

Re: TFF 19/20 - Player List
Shocking transfer amounts But unfortunately I don't think either offer particularly great value in TFF at their new clubs, AWB/Shaw should offer better value at 0.1 more than Maguire, and I think Chilwell has better potential at 0.1 less than Dunk
