Overlooked players

Post by Billy Bongo »

From the RMTs you are seeing

My short list to kick off

Pascal Gross, 6.5m new manager and decent fixtures

JWP, 6m Hasslehoffle with a pre season

Lloris, keeper position really tricky , great home fixtures and saves galore away

Never thought of Lloris. I was still thinking of Fab. Even at 5mil or do people thinks that's too much even if it is set and forget?

I'm finding keepers a tough one because of the uncertainty at Burnley and Bournemouth

Ryan is an easy set and forget at 8.5m pair, but Lloris has epic home games and great chance of saves points away

Gunn at Southampton? Him or Heaton have been in my drafts for the most part, though obviously will be watching preseaon for any hints about either one starting or not.

Yes Mac, me to, would be a hell of lot easier if one came through pere season as clear first choice like Heaton or Pope

Heaton stalling on a contract

Mina from Everton if he can get fit and raring to go. Can be utterly threatening from set-pieces.

I can see value in one of the Burnley strikers....can't decide which one though.

Yarmalenko...If hes looking sharp in the pre season he's straight in my team

Harvey Barnes could be gold if he learns how to finish

Lloris has been in my team in every draft with Ryan the alternative if I go with a 4.5m GK.
Gross is certainly on my radar although I think we need to see what the manager does in pre-season.
Redmond is also on my list although I'm not keen on Saints fixtures.
Wondering about Schar or Ake in defence.

There are players at Liverpool being overlooked, due to the default selection of other assets obviously, but I suspect Gomez will be good value, and I wouldn't be surprised if Keita started living up to his potential (though he does seem to have worrying niggling injuries).

An Ake at Bournemouth or an Ake at City?

Yeah I'd seen that but I always take these things with a pinch of salt. If he could nail down a first team place at City he would be a bargain. If he stays at Bournemouth I'd love him for the first couple of games, although after that their fixtures are not great at all.

Perez isn't prolific though to be fair.. Not even sure Perez starts.. They were saying same on talk sport today, he offers versatility and is a good player but may not start straight away

Christensen 5.0 at Chelsea could be a good option to start the season, Rudiger not back till end of September.

I know they got new manager and lost Hazard etc, but there still at top 4 team and 5.0 mil for a defender is decent i would think.

Just dont blame me if he does he magic trick wheere gets subbed off on 59mins twice in same season 🤦🏼‍♂️

Yes I heard that, I think they are right, enough doubt to shy away from Barnes though I think

Jwp at 6m seems good value

Ake to City is dull, we will all have him

I made a note to myself to look at Keita as he finished the season well.

However, I can’t see any of them being better value than adding another of their defenders in that price range.

Schars points for last season look decent for the amount of minutes he played.

Only 3% have him, if he gets the gametime i reckon he could hit 150pts.

This is a really good shout, and if it wasn't for the fact that Christensen is cursed, one we would all be taking

what style of play does Lampard tend to favour? This could have a big bearing on someone like Pedro, whose points per minute on the pitch were good. If he can get more game time he must be a decent shout.

Jorginho could be a decent cheap.mid at 5m, they will need him further forward losing Hazard and he could well be on pens

His PpM(million) last season freaking rocks and is now a midfielder.

My doubt is about him starting and Buck....
