Didn’t even look- is the eater injured 😞

I scaled back on Peru, I’m lucky to only be ribbed for having their keeper.

No, he came back and scored in Uruguays' last friendly. I would have slightly preferred him over Cavani, but needed to save funds for when Jesus inevitably gets dropped.

What are we doing for the assists that Whoscored don't award for penalties and own goals? (getting fouled, shots for handball, causing an own goal)

The Promoter will use the OPTA Defined Assists statistics to determine assist points allocations as follows:

- A Player making a pass with the direct intention to set up a successful goal attempt from an open play situation.

- A Player taking a corner, throw-in or free kick where a goal is scored directly from it by another Player;

- A Player shoots or passes forcing the defender to put the ball into his own goal;

- A Player who is awarded a penalty which is taken and scored by a team-mate.

Ok sound.

And we'll still use 6.99 = 0 & 7.0 = 3?

Who we all thinking will get the nod tonight out of:
Ederson v Allison
T silva V Miranda
Jesus v firmino
Hope I'm wrong but just read firmino is Brazil preferred, so I'll go Allison,Miranda and bobby

I wish this was late 90s and we had Rogério Ceni, Chilavert and René Higuita to choose from

90% sure it'll be Alisson and Thiago Silva.

75% sure it'll be Jesus.

Thanks for helping out - those scores look good to me after I just caught the highlights on YouTube.

I haven't updated the table yet, but congratulations on top spot

It appears most of us were wrong in predicting Jesus would start, but at least I priced him and Firmino up correctly. Darn friendlies

Blinding start :( helped by miscounting the budget and taking coutinho out to make it good!

Would be surprised if anyone still had Jesus after tonight. You and Backlash are the only ones who can afford Aguero (assuming 1 transfer used) so the rest of us will have to find different solutions.

No worries. I don't mind doing some of the games as it isn't fair on you doing everything.

I watched the game, except for 5 mins when the stream cut out.

A few notes from the game if anyone's interested.

Alisson had nothing to do.
Silva and Marquinhos were solid without being tested too much.
Luis was good defensively but hardly got forward at all.
Alves was hardly involved in the game despite being much further forward than Luis. I was suprised he had a 7.
Casemiro and Fernandinho were both good definsively.
Coutinho was decent, nothing special (good run for the header though)
Neres looked dangerous at times but average overall.
Richarlison was Brazil's best player. Nearly everything happened through him.
Firmino didn't look match fit. Was Brazil's worst player first half but improved in the second half where his link up play was much better. Nice cross for Coutinho's header.
Jesus looked fresh and full of energy when he came on but didn't have many chances.
Everton looked excellent with good pace and dribbling and scored a really nice goal.
Willian was anonymous.

A long shot but can we get Raul Ruidiaz (Peru) listed?

Transfer for me if so at the expense of Jesus.

Edit.

Scrap that my 1st transfer Jesus  Guerrero.
