So we will have a fourth DGW of the season after all (edit: or do we? Thanks reds) It's unusual for us to be in a position where so much is known before the official announcements. Just the order of Watford vs Southampton and Watford vs Fulham to be determined!

Final situation before the announcements (edit: now traffic-lighted in the usual style):

'Confirmed' GW32 Doubles:
Brighton (SOT, che)
Cardiff (CHE, mci)
Chelsea (car, BHA)
Man City (ful, CAR)
Man United (WAT, wol)
Palace (HUD, tot)
Tottenham (liv, CRY)
Watford (mun, FUL/SOT)
Wolves (bur, MUN)

Undetermined GW32 Doubles
Fulham (MCI, wat) -- scheduling coin flip (32 or 35)
Southampton (bha, wat) -- scheduling coin flip (32 or 35)

----------------------------------------------

Confirmed GW33 Blanks:
Brighton, Cardiff, Fulham, Man City, Man United, Tottenham, Watford, Wolves

----------------------------------------------

'Confirmed' GW35 Doubles:
Arsenal (CRY, wol)
Brighton (wol, tot)
Man City (TOT, mun)
Man United (eve, MCI)
Tottenham (mci, BHA)
Watford (hud, FUL/SOT)
Wolves (BHA, ARS)

Undetermined GW35 Doubles:
Fulham (bou, wat) -- scheduling coin flip (32 or 35)
Southampton (new, wat) -- scheduling coin flip (32 or 35)

----------------------------------------------

Undetermined GW34, GW36 or GW37 Doubles:
Brighton (BOU/NEW/ars, CAR)
Cardiff (bur/ful/CRY, bha)

This fixture could also move to GW33, giving no blank for either.

----------------------------------------------
----------------------------------------------

Key (GWs 32-38):
Green - one blank, one double
Orange - no blanks, one double
Red - two blanks, two doubles
Blue - two blanks, three doubles

For those without FH including myself, 33 is going to be interesting.

2 Wolves, 2 City and 2 United for DGW32 here. Could be fielding 9 that week..

Thanks for info Stem. Quality stuff.

I'm in a worse position, with 3 man utd and Brighton goalies. Might have to wildcard, but GW33 looks like a bad time to do that.

WC34 with BB35 is the plan here. Will likely take 2 Brighton players with them having 2 doubles.

Deulofeu and Deeney for sure with Ful/Sou & Hud.
Robertson and Mané for SGW Cardiff.
Aguero & Sterling DGW
Aubameyang and an Ars defender for Cry & Wol

We will see..

Two observations

1) If PL/clubs take account that Southampton play on Friday to start GW33, maybe less likely they get the DGW32 and so Fulham are the favourites for that?
2) Brighton-Cardiff could also be in GW33/34 (and if 33, it wouldn't be a double - would turn a blank into a single for both)

These are excellent observations! :D

Of course! I'm not sure why 33/34 have been discounted across the whole community all this time (or, most pertinently, by me) for the third Brighton DGW - I think it's a hangover from the tie Spurs/Chelsea were in the mix!

Will edit! So we have a 75% chance of a fourth DGW (assuming no bias).

Pep in his latest interview with the Manchester press confirmed MCI v CAR in GW33. It's what we have all planned for, but it is nice for confirmation even if it is 'unofficial.'

Yeah when I just read that, 'confused' didn't really cover my surprise - I think 'season over' crossed my mind.

Palace assets now showing on FPL as having a double. Doesn't get any more official than that!!

I hadn't noticed that. Assume it will be the televised game on the Wednesday as well what with the Stadium opening.

Looks like bringing in Brighton players on WC34 is a good move then, because they SHOULD DGW 34 and 35, so bonus of them playing twice in 34, before you BB in 35 (if that's the strategy you are deploying). They are home to BOU and CAR in 34 (then trickier fixtures of away to Wol and Tot in 35).
